Holiday rentals with a patio in Wilmington

Had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Location was great, only a couple minutes from downtown. Lots of fun things to do within a short drive

One of the better air bnbs I’ve stayed at recently. I had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the amenities provided. Ryan was great at communicating and even did a check in with us to see if the stay was going well. Beautiful trail in walking distance from the place and had wonderful views of the local ponds. This was my first time visiting the Adirondacks and I would definitely consider this place for my next adventure there.

Alma was very responsive throughout our stay! We were about 15 minutes from Main Street in Lake Placid with lots to do. The cabins were attached to a restaurant, but I would never have known; it was very quiet. This set-up is ideal for 2 couples traveling together. We had a great visit!

The location makes it easy to get out and about. We came to ski and snowshoe at The VIC, it was easy to get there. The apartment is just right for a home base. The water pressure in the shower is exceptional! Other reviews mentioned early morning noise, it's simply tiny feet walking about, and you have to really listen for them. I highly recommend Jon's Loj, and hopefully will be back again.

Second time staying here, great place. Plenty of space, kitchen and bathroom were stocked as described and check-in was easy.

Very clean, cozy and convenient. Floor plan was nice. Bathroom was clean. Pictures are accurate. Plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen was stocked with supplies. Fridge was clean and large. Easy entry and access. Parking was easy. Great location to Lake Placid & Saranac.

In town for the ECAC hockey championship The unit was perfect for a couple. Walking distance to the Olympic Arena and great restaurants and downtown shopping. Great view from the front porch. Enjoyed our stay. Sadat answered messages immediately.

Property is gorgeous with a beautiful view! It’s a walkable distance to Main Street and all it has to offer! Vadim was an amazing host!! Very clear with communication and willing to help with whatever we needed! He was very friendly and kind!

Our stay at Whiteface Mountain House not only delivered on all of the features it promised, but there were also so many pleasant discoveries that made this trip truly unforgettable. Starting with amenities and appliances, the house is very well equipped with a spotless, energy-efficient kitchen, three full bathrooms, laundry room, plenty of places to lounge, and a gorgeous upper deck with grill. The fire-pit is a huge standout feature, constructed of large natural stones that lend themselves to hanging on around the fire. Then there is the trail from the backyard down the hill that leads directly to the bank of the Ausable River, with plenty of spots to dip in on hot days, or cold plunge on cool mornings. For being in a row of homes along the river, there is a serene seclusion to the space. The high ceilings do make the interior feel quite minimal, so I am eager to see how the character of this newly built home develops over time. It was the perfect basecamp for our adventures!

From the moment we arrived at David Home, we were enveloped in a sense of calm that’s hard to find these days. The home itself is immaculately kept clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel truly at home. David has clearly put a lot of care into every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the warm. Whether you’re looking for a quiet retreat to unwind, a romantic getaway, or a base to explore the surrounding beauty, David Home offers the ideal setting. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and eager to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

John's Mountain Cabin is pleasant, comfortable, and located in a beautiful spot. Four of us stayed for four nights. We picked up groceries in Lake Placid on the way in and created wonderful meals in the roomy and well-appointed kitchen. We visited the covered bridge in Jay and made an excursion into Lake Placid for ice cream at Emma's and some window shopping. We also took John's advice and made our way to the Cobble Lookout on a gorgeous fall day. Other daily highlights include sitting on the porch, listening to and watching birds, which were very active in the early mornings. John's cabin was very comfortable for us, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it would be ideal for families as well. The one time we needed to contact John had to do with the internet service popping out. We called to get his advice on resetting the router/modem, which he did immediately, and in just a few minutes later, we were up and running again. The whole time was a delight.

My wife and I stayed at this location for weekend hiking in the Adirondacks, and it served delightfully as our “home base” location. It is well situated off of RTE 86 with close access to the High Peaks, as well as the local hotspots in Keene, Jay, and Lake Placid. Everything we needed was within a 25 minute drive. The interior is exactly as described, welcoming, clean, and with all of the amenities for outdoor adventures. The grill and fire pit are a huge plus for eating and relaxing after being out in the mountains. Jessica is a tremendous host, responsive, kind, and was even nice enough to tell me that we left some things behind in the coat closet and shipped them to us at no cost. I’d highly recommend this location to anybody planning a trip in the ADK! Hoping to stop in again soon. -Joe and Lo

The home was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed hiking the trailheads at the base of the property. We had a large group and everyone had their own space and did not feel crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Camp Moonshadow, where we met our daughter, who came over from Burlington to spend the weekend with us. It was a very easy ferry drive and short drive for her. It was exactly what we needed - quiet, comfortable and beautiful. We did the short hikes nearby and we cooked in all meals. Kitchen was an absolute joy to cook in - large and open and providing most of what we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit on one of the nights - roasting marshmallows and catching up. Coffee on the patio in the mornings was lovely. Bedrooms were comfortable, and bathrooms squeaky clean and expansive. Host Steven got back to me regarding a few hours early on checkin - much appreciated. This is a quiet neighborhood, and perfect for a restful respite.

Fantastic stay! Less than a 5 min walk from main street, hosts were so kind and welcoming.

Absolutely love staying in this condo with my family of seven people. Beautiful loft for the teenagers and two big private bedroom downstairs. The view was fantastic and you couldn’t ask for a better location. The Adirondack decor and huge stone fireplace or a huge plus. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location and property. It was well appointed, comfortable and had many cute ADK touches - moose culture :) The communication was easy and fast with the property manager. We would 100% stay again.

Wonderful place to stay for a trip to lake placid. Conveniently located to tons of restaurants. Hosts were very communicative.

This is a great spot if you can walk about 1/2 mile to town, maybe a little more if you want to walk the whole strip. The property was very spacious and comfortable. The electric heat was responsive and we were never cold in spite of the outside air temps and broken gas fireplaces (both). There were plenty of spices, oils, tin foil and kitchen items to cook with at the unit without having to transport your own kitchen with you for a weekend. That was very helpful. The rooms were large and plenty of closet space-you might end up spreading out too much and lose track of your things given there are 3 floors! Another review had commented that the unit was dated and that was true, old curtains and colors from the 80's or 90's, but it was clean and comfortable. My biggest beef is that check-out instructions should be included with description. You have to strip beds, start a load of laundry, take out trash, put away dishes, etc. What is the cleaning fee for? And they limit your TP!

Beautiful, well kept, and clean condo. Space was perfect for our group and just as described in the listing. Kitchen was bigger than I expected and everything in the kitchen was in excellent/new condition. The DR/LR space was plenty big for our crew, and it was really nice to have have four bedrooms, each with their own updated bathroom. We did use the sauna which was lovely and a lot bigger than I expected! I would definitely book this unit again when in Lake Placid.
