Situé dans une impasse en lisière de forêt à quelques minutes à pied de la gare et des commerces (supermarché, boulangeries, restaurants, pharmacie, banque, coiffeurs, esthéticiennes, fleuriste…), près du musée Lalique, de la Villa Lalique, Château Hochberg.
