Cottage holiday rentals in Winter Haven

It is perfect for Disney trips and for two people and their dog to stay. Quiet and walkable with dogs.

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks at this lovely cottage. It was clean and very comfortable with plenty of space. We loved using the private hot tub in the cool mornings and private pool in the afternoon. Hedging on the fences provided nice privacy. We only used our rental car once to make one run to target for s few groceries ( many beginning supplies were provided). Otherwise, we enjoyed walking to many restaurants. The owners were very communicative during the whole process. Very relaxing time.

Sue's place was perfect for our theme park break. While we love the chaos of the parks during the day, we like somewhere quiet to escape to on an evening, and this place was exactly that. The cottage had everything you could imagine needing, and more! Having Aldi on the drive in (or a 5 minute evening stroll away) was also very handy for picking up essentials. Even though we stayed over a week we didn't find the time to make use of the pool, but it would be so perfectly located if you wanted to take advantage of it given its proximity.

this was our second stay at this home both for two weeks,what a lovely home this is and full of character with lots of nooks and crannys everywhere,plenty of room though maybe a bit smallish for 6 adults but ideal for four,very clean inside and out with beautifull views and lots of wildlife to see from the patio area,we saw deer,gatorts,racoons,snake,turtles,various birds of all sizes including an osprey,diana the owner was very helpfull with any problems,,,,,,,,,,,the only problem we had was the annoying noise,dust ect from the large building site directly next door,sadly they have dug up the smallish woods next to this property and building more homes which is such a shame though it didnt ruin our holiday in any way just a shame though,hopefully it will be finished soon and will look better though nothing can replace the trees they cut down,thank you so much diana for letting us stay there,hopefully will rebook for next year.

This was a great price and the CUTEST little neighborhood full of cottages :) Only rec would be to include coffee!

We stayed at Hernans place for a weekend and it was great for what we needed it for. To give an honest review I must say, upon entering it is important to note that this is very clearly an older building so some things are a little worn, no problem! We had a housekeeping issue and contacted Hernan and within 3 hours, the housekeeping team came and corrected all issues for us. Truly such an accommodating and kind host. We weren’t in the house much but when we were there we felt safe and comfortable. One thing I will note, there were 3 of us staying for a weekend with 1 roll of toilet paper. That was the only thing I forgot to mention to the host but I am sure if I did mention it, he would have corrected it. Great stay, great host!

The water can smell at times. Very peaceful RV resort. 35-45 minutes from Disney. Would stay again.

Enjoyed stay Quiet neighborhood

Steve and his gang were wonderful hosts, very prompt in responding to messages! I would recommend their place to anyone going to the theme parks! We hope to return again in the winter when it’s cooler! We loved the place! Thank you for a great visit

We did rent this place because in the description it does say it has a heated pool unfortunately we came at the end of October and the pool wasn’t heated yet so we wasn’t able to swim

Very great customer service!! Any questions we had the host responded quickly. The inside was beautiful although there were lots of lovebugs and a frog in the bathroom it was still very nice. There were lotts of places near by.

This was the perfect place for some quiet time, easy check in and clear instructions. Comfortable beds and plenty of room

Perfect size for me and my boyfriend, quiet and friendly space. Close to a lot of stuff, easy to find. Had a great vacation and ws always easy to communicate.

One word: EXCELLENCE!!!! This place is ABSOLUTE BEST !!! Amazingly clean. This is just everything u need. Parking right out ur door, best neighborhood, super clean, perfect communication, cozy beds, best cost effective ratio. What not !!!! I will choose to come back if needed in a heartbeat !!!

We had a great time staying here while we did theme parks and enjoyed the nearby lakes!

We stayed for a week in Casa Flamingo. The house was clean and we could find everything in it that was important for our stay. The location of the house is very quiet. It is close the Walt Disney World which was important to us. Ashlee was friendly and always responded to our questions quickly.

This place matched the description perfectly. The decor is charming and inviting. Its location is also very convenient, with easy access to various attractions.

I highly recommend this fantastic Airbnb! We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home that exceeded our expectations. The hostess was incredibly welcoming, showing exceptional hospitality and flexibility throughout our visit. The house itself was perfect—cozy, well-equipped, and conveniently located close enough to various activities. Plus, it’s very affordable! Whether you’re in town for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this is the perfect place to call home.
