Debra was lovely. Very responsive, asked how the comfort was and offered to pick anything up for me that I might need. The accommodation is comfortable, cozy, and quiet. This AirBnB worked out so perfectly for me because it’s just a few doors down from my friend who lives on the same street. But even if it wasn’t, this location is close to some great local coffee shops and restaurants, and it’s within about 20 minutes walking distance from downtown. Convenient, easy, and really well taken care of. Debra made sure my comfort was top priority! I will definitely be back when I can get to Orlando again.

Everything went smoothly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We never had any problems with the place.

My stay was an absolute dream! Conveniently located, beautiful neighborhood for walks, peaceful and private. Kevin was an incredible host. He was super accommodating to my crazy schedule and changes. He responded to every message almost immediately. The space is cozy and comfortable. Everything you could ever need is right in unit. Bed was super comfortable and I had everything I needed.

Rented this place when I had to attend a event near Orlando. It was a little off the beaten path but timeframe wise it was decent “about 30 min” to the heart of the Disney parks. A good deal from someone that wants a little more like a kitchen and a actual sitting area aside from the beds and tv but also want a affordable option. It really makes no sense paying ridiculous Disney hotel prices when you’re just going to spend most of the time out and about.

very nice place. safe neighborhood. Ozzie is definitely on top of his game with hosting guests. location is a bit far from main attractions etc but other than that, good value overall. i would recommend this place if you're ok with driving.

This place was so nice for my daughter and I. We were welcomed with open arms and the place was just as described. We met the grounds keeper CC who was a joy to meet. It was quiet and conveniently located. We will definitely stay again.

Mi mamá y yo nos quedamos 1 semana en esta habitación y todo fue excelente. El lugar a pesar de ser pequeño (apenas para dos personas) es muy agradable, la pintura, los diseños, las comodidades te hacen sentir como en casa. La respuesta de los anfitriones fue tan rápida que me sorprendía. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, no hay ruidos alrededor. Fuimos a hacer muchas compras sin necesidad del carro ya que hay muchas tiendas y el Florida Mall muy cerca. Volvería sin pensarlo dos veces.

This Airbnb was extremely clean and easy to get to and access. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We loved that the area around us was not heavily congested and was within 30 minutes without tolls to everything we went to. Mostly.

Awesome little house close to UCF

Easy to find, clear parking, great for 1 person, or 2 people if you’re just looking for a little place. Treats like Coca-Cola and chocolate at welcome. Have everything you need if you forget a razor or tooth brush when packing!

We really enjoyed our stay! The backyard and pool are beautiful! The inside is lovely and the bed was very comfortable! We had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great place to stay in the Orlando area!

Great place to stay for a quick vacay

Very relaxing place to stay with easy access to Sanford Airport. The property feels very private, and the waterfront seating area is nice.

Great place for being close to all parks (~30 minutes from Disney). Nice quiet neighborhood. Big shower and plenty of dishes. It’s fairly small, but good for 2 people who will be spending the majority of their time out in Orlando throughout the day. I would return to this stay in the future.

Incredible place with a beautiful view. I was coming into town for a conference and enjoyed a great pool day. The place is convenient if you want to get out but even better if you want to drop your bags and relax by the pool all day! Great place, great location, great host…will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. Very clean and has everything you'll need during your stay. Host was very proactive with all details you'll need, and they're close by to help or to just give a friendly wave and give you your space.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean. Independent building. Quiet area. Clear instructions taped to walls all around. Helpful with adjusting the mini-splits temperature and turning off the bright display at night. Bed comfortable with 2 thin and 2 thick pillows. Helpful check-in pictures describing the gate, otherwise it would be hard to find. For minor things that could be improved... Attention to aesthetic detail was lacking. Most can be seen in their pics… Packaging tape on edges of cabinet doors (previously kept some doors closed/prevented use?), large font on blue paper content signs stuck to cabinet doors. Location of TVs to seating areas not comfortable. If have thick hair, note the water pressure is on the lower side. These only minimally detract… Overall clean, quiet and comfortable location. Would stay again.

Die Unterkunft war super schön eingerichtet und total sauber! Vom Platz ist es definitiv ausreichend für 2 Personen. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Insgesamt sind wir komplett zufrieden mit der Unterkunft & würden diese auch erneut buchen :)
