Studio flat

The studio flat is in a quiet location & stylish area. It has a separate entrance to the main house and there is ample parking on the large drive. You can walk to town and to the well connected rail service into London (28 minutes) & the south west. We are 4.5 miles from the M25, Junction 11, & within easy access to Heathrow & Gatwick airports. The kitchen has Nespresso coffee, a combination microwave & an air fryer. The rainshower is above the bath. The internet TV has Netflix & Prime etc.

Pretty garden room in courtyard setting

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

Recently built self contained annexe, own entrance through the garden, kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, microwave, washing machine, all crockery , kettle and toaster included, fridge freezer. Flat screen TV in bedroom/lounge. Double bed and sofa bed, bathroom with large shower. Shared (with us) rear garden. Very close to town centre walking distance through the park.
