Also great lounging on the deck/dock! The casino is 5 min drive and the town of Port Perry with its good restaurants and shopping is 10 min car ride or take your boat! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed by guests.

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside, not a full kitchen. Christine's Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

Located one hour from Toronto, Birchwood is a luxury camping experience for two. Immersed in a private forest on Scugog Island, our geodesic dome allows for a cozy and relaxing getaway. Enjoy the surrounding landscape and check out local shops and restaurants on Port Perry main street. Our geodome is designed for 2 guests however small families of 4 or a group 3 adults are welcome. Additional guests must be 12+ and added to your reservation at the time of booking. We do not allow pets.

Your group will have the complete front side of the house (everything shown in the pictures), patio, private spa, fire pit etc. The back side of the house is a separate rental unit. The backyard leads directly to the lake including a fire pit for your use. Please note that the natural slope of the yard (40 stairs) may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. While the suite doesn't feature a kitchen, Port Perry is only an 8 min drive and offers many culinary options.
