Home sweet home ist unser Motto! Verbringen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage in unserem Ferienhaus, das in einer idyllischen Gegend mitten im Ort Schrattenbach liegt. Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

Diese ruhig gelegene Unterkunft, die früher mal ein Bauernhof war, ist perfekt für Familien/Gruppen geeignet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.Stock eines Einfamilienhauses. Das Apartment ist ca. 100m² groß und bietet 6+2 Schlafplätze. Das Haus steht frei, umgeben von Feldern und Wiesen. Der nächste Ort liegt ca. 2km weg. Hier finden Sie eine Bäckerei, Metzgerei so wie eine Gaststätte mit gutbürgerlicher Deutscher Küche. Eine direkte Anbindung an die Autobahn (A7), ist ca. 3km entfernt.

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all important places. Within a three-minute walk you can reach a supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a great restaurant with beer garden. The town of Kempten can be reached in five minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight of the house. The apartment (90 sqm) is located on the first floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace (5x3m) has a view of a fauna flora habitat.
