We stayed here in 2014 and it was always my dream to come back. It was even better now with the treehouse! I can’t explain how special this place is! The location and the activities on the property will keep you as busy or as relaxed as you want. Between the hiking trail right behind the house to the river access and the treasure hunt around the property, the whole experience was amazing!. The hundreds of hummingbirds that make this place their home and the squirrel and bird that eats out of your hand, all make for a very special stay. I highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful with stunning views, and everything about the place made it hard to leave. We brought our furbaby along, and he had a fantastic time too — the property felt safe and was perfect for him to explore and relax. Shariann was a great and responsive host, always quick to answer any questions and very helpful throughout our stay. We’re still mentally in Edwards and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful, scenic, and pet-friendly getaway!

Unique, private accommodations with very friendly and responsive hosts! Luckily for us, they were able to accommodate an early check in. Be sure to read the documents on the property... there is information on how to purchase the buffalo from the ranch! We were able to prepare it in the fully stocked kitchen! It was so good, we ate it for every meal! It's very peaceful sitting on the porch and having coffee watching the sun come up. It was also nice to be able to take a stroll down to see the buffalo and sawmill. This property is right next door (still an 18 minute drive) to the Rusty Spurr Ranch so very convenient if you have a morning cattle drive or off trail horseback ride booked! Also, close to Kremmling! This property was worth every penny! Well cared for by very genuine, friendly and caring hosts! We will be back!

For us great location. ten minutes to stores and restaurants and 40 minutes to west entrance to rocky mountain national park. The home is in a neighborhood but lots are huge so there is 75 feet to next house and none out the back so it is quite secluded. Perhaps the best hot tub i ever used. Lovely huge deck. Spacious bedrooms. Communication was great for the few minor things that needed a quick fix.

I took my sister and her friends up here for her bachelorette party, and we had a wonderful time! The location is beautiful and the cabin is very cute, with plenty of beds and a nice, updated bathroom. The fire pit is a super fun addition and we had a great time hanging out around it. Check in and check out were super simple and smooth, and the host, Caroline was always very quick to respond my inquiries. Our only gripe was that it was a bit tougher to get to the lakefront that we had believed based on the listing (we had to do a bit of hunting to find the path) but even that was only a minor inconvenience. Overall a wonderful place to spend a weekend, and I highly recommend it!

What a great property in a great place. Devon was awesome to deal with. Everything was set up ready to enjoy. We had an amazing time. I would recommend this place anytime.

Our stay at Solstice was an unforgettable mountain escape—equal parts luxurious and welcoming. The home was beautifully designed with every amenity we could think of, from plush beds and a fully stocked kitchen to cozy fireplaces and a private hot tub with breathtaking views. We especially enjoyed hiking the extensive trail systems right from the property, with epic views around every turn. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the hospitality from Tina and her team was top-notch—responsive, gracious, and truly heartfelt. If you’re looking for a peaceful, upscale Colorado retreat that feels like a true home away from home, this is it.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!! This place is spotless and they have thought of everything you may need. Games, coffee, condiments, the list goes on and on. If you are looking for a place to stay in Kremmling stop looking and get this beautiful home. The location is perfect to get to town and the river quickly, great parking if you have a boat. Very safe. My family of 5 had an amazing time and can not thank the owners enough!!!!!
