The owner of the house lives right next to the accommodation and responds immediately to the guest's requests. It is for 1 guest and is located on the 3rd floor. The reason the accommodation is relatively cheap is that it is not equipped with an elevator. It cannot be used by anyone other than the number of people reserved.
