Lovely clean place with lots of room in common areas and balcony for groups. Good value if shared between guests. Quite surrounds even though it is close to main roads. Shops close by and the harbour a short drive away.

Beautiful little house a stones throw from the river and beach, amazing location. Our little family loved our stay. Sam our host was really friendly, welcoming and an excellent host!

Check in: out was simple, and we had a great instruction manual which gave us great ideas of things to do in surrounding areas. Great Airbnb, comfortable and alot more "experience" than a traditional accommodation only booking. Kids enjoyed seeing the horses, feed the animals and the beach is a great place to visit, if you are lucky the lagoon creates a rush of water flowing into the ocean making it a great stream for the kids to body board or simply float down. I have stayed at Emma’s a few times now and there is a reason for that. This apartment is amazing. Great views, very spacious, close to shopping centre, very close to the beach, secure allocated car park and plenty of street parking for visitors. Secure building with key fob entry and intercom system to buzz visitors in. Local tavern and drive through bottle shop is 70 metres away. Service station few minutes up the next street. It seems pretty central to everything here without it feeling like it’s crazy busy or too noisy. Thanks for another amazing experience staying at your apartment. 😊

Annelie was very friendly and the place itself was pristine. Completely clean and comfy. It was a great stop along the way for my partner and I as we did our east coast Australia road trip. Definitely recommend!!

Had a great stay at Emma’s! We made a last minute booking, and was able to check in almost immediately. We appreciate the love that’s been put into the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Small things make a difference- like the toys we found for our little girl to play with. We will no doubt be back on our next visit to Sawtell. Thankyou :)

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Helen's place! It was everything I needed and more. Helen’s kindness and thoughtfulness truly made me feel right at home. From the delicious treats she provided to having access to all TV streaming services, every detail was carefully considered to ensure my stay was perfect.

We keep coming back here when we stay in Sawtell and it doesn’t disappoint. Great place to stay, lovely location and helpful host. Will be back!

Had the loveliest stay at Irene’s The unit was spotless and so homey. Irene left lots of extras so all we had to bring in was our clothes. The bed was so comfortable. We went for a ride locally on our mountain bikes to Jacks Ridge then later to dinner at Matilda’s Love Nambucca Will definitely return. ❤️

We loved our stay. we did a walk down to the beach, along the boardwalk at Urunga and at the rainforest in Dorrigo! the place was clean and spacious.

Great little place. Nothing fancy but had everything you need. Bonus points for a well-stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and crockery! Even a sharp knife, which is a rarity! Very walkable to town and the beach, even with kids. Literally 3 minutes. The pool is not heated for those wondering, so it was sub 15 degrees in June. No air con or heating so the night was a bit chilly in the cold snap but there were enough blankets to keep warm! Loved the balcony! We had a great time and the complex was quiet and calm. Perfect for a family with young kids, especially in summer it would be fantastic!

Ken’s unit is spacious, full of natural light and very comfortable to relax in. The outlook that sweeps around the living area is just stunning. What you get to enjoy on a one hour loop from the house is Equally amazing. We loved it.

I booked this apartment last minute and it was great!!! It’s a lot more spacious than it appears in the photos and really cozy. AMAZING views from the apartment being on the 5th floor. I think it probably has some of the best round views you can get in holiday accommodation there. I could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view for half the day. Some of the decor was like a time time warp to the 80s which I also loved! Very clean tidy cosy but spacious. Easy walk to cafe or beach or dine out.
