Here's what my mom had to say: This place is awesome. Although weather didn't cooperate for sitting on the balcony for long, the sunrises were phenomenal. Everything we needed was there and it provided a great "family" time. Definitely an "A plus" in every way! As far as me, everything was amazing. The view, the decor, the communication, the location. Probably one of the best Airbnb stays ever. Beds are super comfortable and each room has access to the view and the balcony. Easy walk to the beach and super easy access to amenities including movie theater, playground, basketball court and pool. Can't say anything bad about this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks again, Jack. I appreciate all the communication and proactive information.

We enjoyed this condo! The Capri is in a great location. The building has security, multiple elevators, convenient bins for loading/unloading your things, a large indoor pool open from 10am-10pm most days, plus an arcade, tennis courts & a small indoor basketball court. The unit also has an assigned parking spot. The bedrooms were as described & we had enough space our group of 6. The living room & dining room areas were large & nicely decorated. The kitchen lacked some of the basic supplies so it was a little difficult for cooking, but I imagine more will be added as this is a newer rental & we were able to make it work for a weekend trip. Having a washer & dryer in the unit was also very convenient! The blinds in the bedrooms & the kitchen cabinets were a little dirty, but otherwise the condo was clean. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay. Elva was very responsible. The condo was very clean. The pictures matched the condo. There were lots of little touches to make us feel at home. We were able to easily walk to the beach. The pool was clean and private. It was perfect for our family

We had a great stay! The unit is small and super clean and well laid out, with a great bathroom—excellent water pressure and a nice high showerhead. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Sleeping arrangements include a Murphy bed and a pull-out couch, each a double—comfortable for one person or two who like to snuggle. Only one can be open at a time due to the layout so we slept one on the couch (unopened) and one on the Murphy bed (super comfortable). The rental company was fantastic—very responsive and easy to communicate with. The building has great amenities: a fun billiards room (16 and older), a nice pool, and beautiful bay views from the ground level in the pool area. It’s also a short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants. We’d happily stay again!

The condo was perfect for our family of 8. It is much larger than the pictures let on. The deck was big enough for all of us to comfortably sit and chat - and Julie has plenty of patio chairs and two tables! Everything was super clean, no clutter, lots of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The location is perfect too! Quick walk to the beach and some shops. Bus ride can easily take you down to the boardwalk or restaurants you can’t walk to. No need to move your car once you are here. We enjoyed this stay so much we are planning on returning next year. First of all, the inside of the condo was clean, comfortable and plenty of room for our family of six. The kitchen was fully equipped allowing us to cook our dinner meals. When we arrived, the first couple of days were cloudy and a little chilly. But there were plenty of things to do indoors like pool tables, ping-pong and arcade games. The best part of our stay was the view from our balcony. The view of the ocean from our bedroom was amazing! On a clear morning you are greeted by the morning sun while sipping your cup of coffee. What's even more amazing was the front entrance of the condo overlooks the bay. And in the evening, you can see the sun setting. We would definitely love to come back for another stay.

We had a great stay at Ira’s place! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with a large balcony and amazing ocean views. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room and the bonus of two bathrooms. Ira was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We’d definitely love to stay again!

Nicole’s condo was such an amazing place to stay at. Felt just like home and was the easiest walk to the beach. Just cross a traffic light and a minute walk after. Very great experience, would highly recommend

We are already looking forward to a trip back! This was a perfect spot for our family of 3. The view was beautiful from sunrise to sunset and the location is great! Everything in driving distance! We had a blast in Ocean City! We had one rainy day so we hit the indoor pool which was super convenient to enjoy with our 8yr old. Michele is a great host and was super helpful with check in instructions along with providing recommendations for us for restaurants and activities. Thanks so much for everything! :)

Great oceanfront getaway in OCMD!

Our family of four loved this OC Sandy Feet Retreat :-) We had plenty of room for family dinners and activities, as well as time to ourselves if needed. The location is perfect if you want to walk to local eateries or coffee shops. We also loved the 15th floor view of the beach every single morning, day and night :-) being up that high allowed us to not hear the noises from people on the beach but only the waves crashing. We love Ocean City Maryland and will be back again :-) Thank you thank you!

Solid location in the middle part of Ocean City within walking distance of convention center. Bed is comfortable as a pull-down bed. Good amenities for whatever length of stay you need. Had to check in at a different building first (which I got to just in time before closing), but overall a good place to be on a budget.

Fantastic family place, super clean, amazing balcony, nice amenities, just carpool to save on parking and earlier check in/later checkout would be better (our bad — we should have asked the host)

Great place! We were there for the country calling music fest and it was great to have one of the suggested bus stops across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is absolutely beautiful!! And the furniture is sooo comfortable!!! The place is super clean! Frank was so easy to talk to and was very helpful!! I would definitely stay here again!!

Todd and Susan were very responsive and very welcoming. The home was as pictured and the neighborhood was great. The people were friendly and the pond nearby was great a great fishing spot for the kids. The outdoor pool had live music and a great outdoor bar. Additionally, crab houses, restaurants and beach were only a 10-20 minute drive from the community.

We had a really lovely stay. We appreciated the thoughtful communication and local recommendations. We especially enjoyed the backyard and beach ammenities. Perfect little spot if you're looking to stay outside of the hassle and bussle of OC and in the quaint village of OP. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a good value in a sweet little town. 🦀

Great location. 1 mile to beach just walk over the bridge. Many restaurants in 5 min walking distance. We loved Kalimantan most. Starbucks around the corner. House is huge and well equipped. Nice balconies to both sides of the house. Parking easy in front of the house plus 2 in the garage. Dog friendly neighbourhood for shorter walks. We would definitely book this location again.

This is our 6th consecutive year traveling to OC MD and we could not have asked for a better stay. The location was perfect, amenities were great, and the host was wonderful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Brian was an excellent host. He was always available whenever I had questions and even was able to get us in earlier than the original check in time. His place was bigger than what we expected and gave us all plenty of space. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance and just a 10 minute drive to get to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, making us feel comfortable and right at home the moment we walked in. The neighborhood was incredibly friendly and welcoming, with so much to do nearby that we were never bored🤩 One of the absolute highlights was having both an indoor and outdoor pool talk about luxury! We enjoyed swimming no matter the weather, and it made the whole trip feel like a true vacation. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or exploring the area, we had an amazing time. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. We loved every minute and are already planning our next stay. Definitely coming back😮‍💨😮‍💨
