Da die Gärtner die Außenanlagen aber erst Anfang 2026 fertig begrünen können, haben wir für kurze Zeit günstigere Konditionen. Der überdachte Grill und zwei Saunaliegen stehen euch draußen weiterhin zur Verfügung. Entspannend: die Private Glas-Sauna, um nach einem ereignisreichen Tag zur Ruhe zu kommen. We offer a large attic apartment in a quiet village location. View of forest and meadow, as well as a family-friendly facility. The large garden with existing play equipment for the children may also be used. Surrounded by beautiful cycling and hiking trails, as well as a reservoir nearby (15 min. by car), the location offers many opportunities for various activities. Bakers, banks and discounters - all within a few minutes in the neighboring village.

The apartment used to be part of our detached house and is now separated from the rear basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 people. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more persons (pull-out double bed). The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house in 1890. The small village of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feed goats or hike together, cuddly hangovers and all kinds of more.
