Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz und eine große Küche mit kleiner Küchenzeile, einen Esstisch und eine kleine Schlafcouch in der Küche, die aber auch ins Schlafzimmer gestellt werden kann. It is equipped with three bedrooms, a living room with beautiful tile stove and large conservatory, a guest toilet and a bathroom with shower and bath tub. There is also a party room with a bar, pool table and small lounge for social evenings. A sauna is available in the outdoor area. The energy cost flat rate for use per day is €20.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnbereich mit Küche und Essplatz, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Ausziehbett sowie einer Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang mit Garderobe, der ausreichend Platz für Fahrräder und Kinderwagen bietet. Ein kleiner Arbeitsplatz ist in dem Wohnbereich integriert. Eine Terasse mit Essplatz und Blick ins Grüne gehört dazu.

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally-located place, within walking distance of 10 minutes to the train station and 20 minutes to the city center, 3 minutes to the S-Bahn. The apartment is a converted shed, accessed via a steep staircase. There is a small entrance area on the first floor with a wardrobe and seating. The upper floor has a small living/sleeping area with a small kitchen, seating and a small bathroom with shower.

Ferienwohnung Wörth is located in Wörth am Rhein and offers a fully equipped apartment with a shared lounge, barbecue facilities on the balcony, free WiFi and great views. Due to the elevated position of the house, the view towards Karlsruhe is unobstructed. From the balcony you have a great overview and can look in good weather up to the tower mountain to Durlach. The air-conditioned accommodation is about 10 km from Karlsruhe.
