The Old Cow Stall’s a new extension suitable for two guests only. on the side of our home. Pound Barn originally the hay barn of Woolgarston Farm, where calves were kept & fed. An open plan layout with a wood burner, we only supply one basket of logs in the winter months more can be purchased locally. Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Private parking and a secluded garden, lockable shed, patio seating area and BBQ. This location is one of the most peaceful and tranquil in Purbeck.

We have had a lovely stay at this beautiful cottage with the family this May half term. The house itself was very stylish and clean, had everything you would need for a Comfortable stay. The Garden was beautiful and huge, the BBQ area was great and we very much enjoyed out evenings meals out there under the heaters listening to music. The location of the house was great, a short drive to many popular attractions, we went to Weymouth one day, Durdle door/ Lulworth cove another and Corte Castle itself. Across the road is a lovely walk up to the castle from the house, roughly 3 miles in total there and back, our littles ones loved it. Paul was a great host, always very good at responding to requests/ messages. Sent us some great local recommendations too. Would definitely recommend this home stay to friends and family.

A slice of paradise! We loved, loved, loved our stay here. The views from the deck were spectacular and enjoyed taking these every day. We felt such a scene of peace and rejuvenation being here. The location can’t be beat if you are looking to visit Durdle Door/Lulworth Cove/Man O’ War. Nicky is extremely responsive to all messages and provided great recommendations. We hope we can stay here again in the future! 10 out of 10!!!

The most perfect place to stay in one of our very favourite holiday destinations. The house was very spacious and incredibly well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Theres a huge range of walks straight from the door to places like Chapman's Pool (fabulous for ammonite hunting); Winspit (great rockpools); Seacombe and more. In the village itself, The Square and Compass is fabulous. A delicious selection of pies and pasties with cakes (including warm Dorset apple cake) and icecream. There's also a tearoom near the duck pond. Laura's communication was brilliant. She kept us updated about a leak that had happened, even sending photos and gave us the opportunity to cancel if we wanted - no chance of that! The leak did not affect the quality of our stay in any way. It had all dried out and the relatively small section of carpet that had been removed was kept tidy and safe. There was no musty smell noticeable. Highly recommended

Ceri’s place is a little haven on the Dorset coast. It’s exactly as seen and described in the listing. She had obviously gone to alot of trouble to make it very welcoming and cute. There was even milk in the fridge and tea bags available. The shower was so nice and warm and powerful. She came to our rescue on a couple of occasions and was always so positive and friendly. She left us to our own devices for the most part but my husband met her on check out and he tells me she was lovely. The hideout is a little sofa room adjacent to the main rooms where my husband secretly decorated with balloons for my birthday! All in all, a wonderful stay- thank you Ceri!
