Time out at the beautiful Wörthsee in the 5 lakes region at the gates of Munich. This unique holiday home in the middle of nature was lovingly renovated in 2022 according to the latest standards. Surrounded by meadows and the edge of the forest, we can call approx. 40 deer our closest neighbours. 3,000 square metres of fenced private park, protected by trees and hedges, are at your exclusive disposal. The picturesque Wörthsee is only 10 minutes away by bike. Munich can be reached in 45 minutes.

The maisonette with 2 balconies (midday and evening sun) and separate entrance invites you to experience the Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

The over one hundred year old vacation home "Sonnenwinkel" in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac. The lake with good swimming facilities and the S-Bahn to Munich are within walking distance, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
