The house was clean and organized It had many things that we did not expect, equipped both in the kitchen and laundry and things to take to the beach, it was excellent, the pool was clean with many toys to use, excellent service

Had an awesome stay at Sugar Sand Cottage with my family. The location is great and a short drive to various restaurants and activities. We loved the short walk (5 min) to the private beach with umbrella and chair service each day. The chair attendant had great local restaurant recommendations that we tried. The house is just like it’s shown in the pictures. We loved the layout with the porches overlooking the pond and private pool at night. Nichole was very responsive and can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Destin area.

We booked the pine house for an overnight stay and photoshoot and wow was it beautiful! We absolutely loved the natural lighting and how comfortable the space was.

Downtown Bliss is a jewel of a find! The house is as gorgeous outside as it is inside; very clean and welcoming atmosphere. We took our girls and a few of their friends for summer trip and Lisett and Matt did not disappoint in expectations. The location is close to the beach and local activites. When we stayed back when the algae bloom hit the hot tub and pool were perfect, not to mention the privacy the property provided. Lisett and Matt were amazing hosts as they were always very quick with resposes to our questions about the house and had recommendations ready at our request. This is our spot for future trips to the area and would definitely recommend it to others.

We have stayed here twice. We love the location, the house and accommodations. It’s very peaceful on the bay with a great pool. Kenny is a wonderful host and makes sure everything is to your satisfaction. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Joey was an outstanding host from start to finish. His hospitality and attention to detail truly set this stay apart. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that he put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made me feel right at ease. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway spot. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything I needed was readily available. One of the biggest highlights was the pool—it was absolutely amazing. Clean, private, and perfect for lounging or taking a dip to unwind. Joey really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Communication was quick and helpful, and he made sure I had everything I needed. I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and this experience ranks at the top. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I loved how close the neighborhood pool was to the house and I had plenty of room for my family of 9. The accommodations were perfect and the ice machine was a nice small touch! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is delightfully decorated and has everything you need for a family vacation. Charlie is friendly in his communication and very proactive. Would definitely recommend!

Let me start by saying I may be the world’s pickiest person when it comes to where we stay on vacation. I have NO complaints and only 1 small recommendation for Jenny and her amazing house. This was my 20th Airbnb stay and easily #1. The view is incredible, amenities abundant, dolphins from the porch, amazing pool, super clean, safe, quiet, had everything we needed and more. Jenny is very responsive and answered my many questions with kindness and patience. Would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Rand and Bev's property. Communication was great, and check-in was a breeze. Rand met us at the property shortly after we arrived, so he could follow up on a newly installed dishwasher. Within minutes, it was good to go and Rand also gave us some recommendations for local spots to check out. The property itself is very nice and well-kept. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is only a few minutes away from the beaches, restaurants, and all of the other "action" spots. While it's in a nice, quiet area, there is still plenty to do on the property itself. We found numerous board games, books, video games, and even a fire table for roasting marshmallows! We had a group of 7 people ranging from age 5 to 44, and there was literally something for everyone. The price was also very reasonable and the owners live right down the street, so if you need anything, you can probably get it very quickly and easily. I strongly recommend checking this place out. I'm glad I did!

This was the perfect stay for my finance and I. The location was minutes from the hustle and bustle of Ft Walton. The space was clean, cozy, and quiet! Although smaller, it’s exactly as pictured (which we clearly knew). Plus, how much time do you spend in your room on vacation?? We were excited to find additional towels in the bathroom, extra beach towels, chairs, etc. in the closet, too! We’d stay again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay here! It’s close to great restaurants and only 10 minutes from the beach! We brought our 15 month old and the place was perfect for her (pack n play provided, fenced in backyard with grass, toys and books, etc.). We would definitely stay here again! Host was very responsive and friendly!

This place is amazing. Two families comfortably lived here for two weeks of baseball tournaments. Great location to beach, ball fields and restaurants. The host is amazing, proactive and helpful. Amenities were as promised, clean and uncluttered. Went for solo morning runs though beautiful waterfront neighborhoods. Kids played safely in shady fenced in back yard. We loved it so much, we hope to have a reason to stay here again.

Jaime was very welcoming and quickly responsive to any of my questions and concerns. Everything in the house, looked just like the pictures. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay again and recommend this home to others.

The place was perfect for a Destin wedding weekend. It was convenient to the festivities without getting in the middle of the touristy madness. Janine left clear instructions, made great recommendations, and was super responsive. There were lots of little touches that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We travel to this area frequently and will be back!

This is our second stay, and we decided to book for July 2026 already. We love the spot. It’s easy to find and low key. There are two beaches in walking distance. The kids loved the pool and golf cart. We went bike riding and kayaking. All around great trip!! We can’t wait until next year

We had a great stay at this house! Everything was exactly as expected – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool was a definite highlight and perfect for relaxing. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The location is also excellent – close to shops, restaurants, and not far from the beach. We enjoyed everything about our stay and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Mike's beautiful Air Bnb. He and Amy are wonderful hosts and very knowledgeable of the area. His guide book is very informative with local things to do in places to go. It's a great place to stay if you want to be Out of the traffic but close enough to enjoy everything Ft Walton has to offer. The four bedrooms have ample space, and good TVs in every room. The kitchen has everything you need. Definitely recommend a stay here. Close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, at a fraction on "on the beach" prices.
