This place is right on the beach. Also close to the elevator and beach/pool entrance. Excellent view from the balcony. Jim was proactive on making sure we had no trouble. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay and see Destin. Right on the beach with a great view and the Restaurants are all very close. The Host is very easy to get along with and will immediately respond if you message him with any issues. 5/5

We've stayed in quite a few places along Okaloosa Island in the past. This one is by far the best. Check in was super easy a d Frank was available with answers. Highly recommend. Will book again.

We absolutely loved the location. We didn’t have a great view of the ocean but we could see enough through the buildings in front. We had a small issue with the internet but the hosts were on it quick and replaced the modem. Perfect location. Two wonderful restaurants next door. Two great coffee shops with one being directly below. The beach is right across the street and easy to find a spot. Absolutely loved it.

This place was amazing and in the perfect location! It is definitely one of my favorite places I’ve stayed at through Airbnb. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We went for our anniversary and this cozy villa was the perfect amount of space and in the perfect location. The view isn’t the gulf .. but you can see it. You can also see the bay and watch the cars go by. We still really enjoyed it and was in a great location (minus the morning sun that kicked our butt for breakfast on the balcony LOL). It’s now saved to our favorites!!

This home was absolutely beautiful! We have 8 kids and it was perfect for them. They honestly never had a moment of being “bored” while we were in the home! It was so cozy and felt like a home to us for the week! It’s in a perfect location! Matt and Sarah were amazing hosts, very responsive, helpful with recommendations and very friendly! This was our second year booking with them!

Mike and Shari were wonderful hosts. They were both extremely responsive, gave suggestions about things to do in the area and were as flexible as possible with us. There was even a whole shed of all you could need for the beach. Would definitely recommend this to a small group (we were 2 adults/2 kids).

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family beach trip with our dogs. It was the perfect spot to relax, clean up after long beach days, and get some rest. Having Roku TVs in each room was a nice touch, and the provided dog beds were much appreciated by our pups. The pools on the property were a bonus, too. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with pets!

My family and I had a great time staying in this beautiful home and neighborhood. The location was perfect. Only a short walk to the beach and so many restaurants and activities close by. We would absolutely recommend a stay here!

We loved our stay at Julia’s place. We rented a golf cart and loved being able to drive it all around the area for beach, dinner, and ice cream. The house is super cute and clean. We hope to be back soon!!!

Lou was one of the best hosts I've ever had when booking vacations on this app. He was very responsive, attentive, and always helpful with answering questions. i will be booking with him again for sure. It was a great experience, and my family had a great time. The property is exactly how it is pictured, a 5 minute walk to the beach too! Can't beat it!

I’d definitely be back. Every Easter I go to Destin to the beach and the weather is always amazing. The hot tub, and pool are definitely worth it.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, same as the pictures! Loved that you could walk right out to the beach and even better that they had chairs and an umbrella. A great way to do a beach vacation. Also really liked the complex; it was quiet, ample parking and easy to get to many restaurants. Jan was a really great host and had great attention to detail. We would definitely consider a return visit!

We had a fantastic stay! Very clean and responsive host! There was a couple things that need corrected but Chris is on it! The hand soaps were extremely watered down to where there was barely any soap in it but the container was filled to the top so it felt like you needed to use have the container to wash your hands. I let the host know and he is talking to the cleaners to correct that issue. The other thing was that the toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken so it moved sideways when you sat down. Aside from that our stay was perfect and home was clean!

This stay was awesome. Very walkable location to the beach, good food, and the apartment was very clean and better than the photos.

This house was beautiful, clean and a perfect spot with restaurants and the beach just down the street. The golf cart was handy to take to the beach or down to the ice cream shop at night. We had a small child along, and I would maybe suggest investing in a wagon to cart things to the beach and a cooler especially when people fly like we did. We purchased a small cooler and had to leave it. That would have been a great asset. I would definitely stay here again.

Unit was very well equipped with everything we needed. Small gas station/store had basics and grocery wasn't too far away. The property had an amazing lazy river along with a couple of pools that were awesome. And the building had fast elevators which were very convenient. Will stay there again in the future!
