Pinetree Lodge, romantic getaway in the Cotswolds

Pinetree Lodge is a romantic, luxury Cotswold getaway, nestled in its own small, enclosed wood on our active working sheep & arable farm. A peaceful place where you can unwind and reset. Great outside living provides a bbq/fire pit with accessories on request to roast or do one-pot meals and a gas BBQ too. An efficient wood burner provides ample warmth on colder evenings and during the winter months. The Kitchen is basic, a little gas stove gives for a nice cuppa and a breakfast fry up indoors.

Cosy romantic Cotswold stone barn, sympathetically converted with fully equipped kitchen, shower room, sitting room with 50 inch TV all with underfloor heating. Wifi. The first floor is a mezzanine style bedroom with comfortable double bed & chest of drawers. The barn is located in a field on the edge of a quiet rural village with space all around, ideal for country walks, near to Chipping Campden, Broadway, Stratford upon Avon, Bourton on the Water, Cheltenham. Appletree Lodge

This cabin is my favourite place to be, the views are just to die for as you can see for miles with the Malvern hills in the distance. It is off grid and eco friendly accommodation as it is based in a small woodland. It’s been tastefully built with the woodland in mind and to keep it nestled in its surroundings, it still has all those lovely luxuries to keep you relaxed, warm and comfy. It’s based on the property of a grade II thatched family home, with a very friendly pony, dog and chickens!

Luxurious Shepherd's Hut ideal for Cotswolds stay

Our beautiful Shepherds Hut was built with loving care during Lockdown and now provides the perfect warm cosy get-away from the stresses of life. The hut is situated in it's own fruit and vegetable garden within an AONB with views to die for. We provide tea coffee milk cereals juice yogurts and home made bread for breakfast and a few beers. Mickleton village is a 5 minutes walk, has 2 great pubs a butchers and village store as well as the famous Pudding Club. Small dog welcome £15 / stay

The Retreat

Recently refurbished & hidden away privately behind electric gates, a truly delightful private parkland style setting of landscape mature gardens with views over open countryside. The Retreat is a perfect place to unwind, the one bedroom cabin boasts a Kitchenette with Cooking Facilities and utensils, a King Size Bed and Wet room, Terrace over looking duck pond, and fields, private parking for 2 cars or vans Milk tea & coffee included along with Cereals & Crumpets. Toiletries provided

Lakeside Lodge - 'Lapwing'

A private lakeside lodge with its own hot tub. A two-person, interior-designed studio space situated on edge of private lake. Hot tub, deck with Outdoor furniture, lounge area, a fully functional kitchen, shower, and a bedroom area with a handmade double bed and clothes rail, as well as all the modern cons. Wild swimming, paddle sports & SUP all available to guests, at an additional cost. Please note there is intentionally no TV or WIFI in the hope you can switch off from the rat race!!

The Deer Leap Lakeside, Woodland Cabin

The Deer Leap is a beautiful, log cabin situated on our working farm beside our private woodland, which you have direct access to , overlooking one of our 3 lakes. The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses if required.. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

The wood-fired Hikki Sweden hot tub is available for guests to use 24/7, with stunning countryside views. We provide several logs and kindling on arrival. Perfect for a weekend getaway for 2 with a comfy double bed, working kitchen, and shower room. The view from the hot tub is of Bredon Hill, and most mornings, you will see the herd of deer pass through the field.
