Fantastic stay at Fer's! She is a very responsive and attentive host, made sure everything was as easy as can be for us. Everything was perfect and we didn't feel we were missing anything.

Nice and spacious apartment, as the pictures showed. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, plates etc, so cooking yourself could be very easy. Communication with Patty, who received us, was very easy. Apartment is a short walk from the boulevard.

The treat was great and the area was unbeatable location. We were very well. The service was fantastic the whole Jonathan team was attentive at all times, both Alexandra and Carolina a 10, very decisive. There was a small issue in the bathroom and they immediately resolved it. We would definitely repeat.

Fully equipped apartment, very close to the boulevard. Good kitchen with enough plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Mischa responded within minutes when we had trouble getting in through the key box. A small downside I found was that the living room has no air conditioning, only a fan. With 28 degrees it is still doable, but I can imagine that it is less pleasant in the height of summer. The apartment is recommended

Beautiful apartment with amazing sea views. Great balcony and amenities within the apartment made for a very nice stay for the month of May. You do need a car and, as the advert says there are quite a lot of steps to access the apartment. Nuria is an excellent host and is very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Excellent stay. Excellent service. A great place and location

We are very happy that we chose accommodation from Sonia. The apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet location, overlooking the countryside and mountains, with parking directly at the house. Possibility of using common pools with slides and a bar. The beach, restaurant and shop are within walking distance. I assumed that the apartment would be equipped as described, but the reality literally exceeded my expectations. The apartment was perfect, it had absolutely everything. Basically, everything you have at home and maybe even things you don't have at home :) The apartment has its charm, its soul and thanks to many decorations it is also very cozy. You really feel that someone has just entrusted you with their home so that you can spend your holiday there. In addition, the owner is always on the phone ready to advise and help you at any time, hats off :) Thank you again and we recommend it to others!

We really liked the comfort and accessibility, the sea views and the direct access to the beach. The apartment is very comfortable, with a fairly large terrace. We extended for one more night, as we were very comfortable. The host was very attentive during the stay, and also offered us very clear instructions for the arrival.

Comfortable, cozy and very clean apartment in a great location. Since the bedrooms are small, we used the second bedroom to store our luggage and clothing, which worked great for us. Alfredo is an excellent host who answered several of our questions about Denia and the apartment before our trip. The location is excellent, just around the corner from Los Magazinos and other great restaurants. The street is quiet so the sleep quality is very good. It was very handy to have a washing machine and dryer. This is a great place to stay for two people.

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a wonderful stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect, and contains everything you need for a successful holiday. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into the city. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return flight to Norway and were able to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I'd love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

I stayed at Carlos’ wonderful apartment for three weeks and loved it. I have mobility issues and the fact that there was a lift and it’s on the raised ground floor was perfect for me. The front and back terraces mean sunshine all day and the complex pool and amenities are fabulous. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. I will definitely book again. Carlos was very helpful, communicative and kind. An amazing stay!

Elvis was an exceptional host, always looking out for our comfort and answering all our questions before we stayed. The apartment has a free parking space inside the building, which is great in that area. It is a few meters from the beach and the promenade, everything was as we expected. Very attentive, excellent cleanliness and he left us a free drink at the bar next door. We will definitely be back here.

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

We really enjoyed our holiday in Víctor's house. If you like walking, hiking, tranquillity and beautiful surroundings, you've come to the right place! The host responds quickly and friendly and the house is nice with a lovely balcony. You can also easily use the swimming pool. Definitely recommended! ⛰️

What a hidden gem! A lovely villa in a peaceful location within walking distance of the beaches and restaurants. We loved the swimming pool, villa and our yoga session on the terrace. Andrés and the family were very friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for the week. Thank you so much for having us, we had a fantastic holiday!

A wonderful stay at Cumbre Del Sol! Right from the beginning Alfredo was responsive and helpful with recommending places to go. The apartment is clean, well decorated, with a grill for outdoor cooking. The area is a quiet residential complex with 3 pools and a small play park. At times we had the pool to ourselves, usually another couple of a few families. Both pools are only a short walk from the apartment. The surroundings are beautiful and the view from the apartment is stunning. You will need a car to get around but the nearest grocery store is only about 5 or 10 minutes by car. The area is popular with expats as there is a large international school in Benitachell. There is a decent coffee shop a short drive away near the school. We visited Beniasia restaurant which was fantastic. Close by there is Cala Lleibeg, a stony beach, which was beautiful. A short drive is Cala Moraig, a busier beach but with life guards and perfect conditions for sea swimming! Thank you Alfredo!

My family and I loved this place. The apartment was clean, offered all the amenities as described in the listing, the beds are comfortable and the pool area was fantastic. The neighbours were also very friendly. Iris gave us some interesting tips and welcomed us warmly. We would love to come back.

An unbeatable location and a very comfortable and well located apartment close to the port area. We couldn't take advantage of the pool and were eager to see if we can repeat. Questions or small “issues” were resolved quickly and clearly. All facilities.

Wow! This apartment is truly stunning! it is lovely on the photos but even better in real life. The moment we arrived I knew we were going to enjoy a brilliant week in Albir. Corrine is a super host and her attention to detail in the apartment is second to none, everything you could need has been thought of and provided. The apartment is stylish, spacious and everything is of the highest quality. We loved using the terrace, which is a sun trap during the day and also enjoyed using the pool located a short walk out the main entrance. All the shops, bars and restaurants are located within easy distance and the beach is round the corner too. We used the bus service ( number 10) on the main road to go both ways, one day to Benidorm and one day to Altea. There is also a brilliant supermarket 5 mins walk from the apartment. You will not find a better apartment than this and we are already looking forward to returning soon. Thank You so much Corrine for letting us stay in your wonderful home!
