The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place (parks, theaters, restaurants, cafes, downtown, shops, etc.). The house has very spacious areas, its kitchen is equipped to prepare food, it also has a large patio and terrace. The bathroom is located outside the house because that's how they built in those days and for hygiene. The area is very safe and quiet, and cars can be left on the street without problems.
