Utopia Eco Retreat

This is a complex of 5 identical brand new, 60sqm villas in the airport area. Each villa has 2 levels and 2 bedrooms. On the ground floor is located the fully equipped kitchen along with the living room and a bathroom as well as the first bedroom. The comfortable sofa bed of the living room can accommodate up to 2 pax in 180x200cm. On the upper floor, the second attic bedroom is located with an ensuite bathroom. Bath amenities include robes, slippers, and toiletries. Daily cleaning is included

Elena's Apartment

My apartment is situated in the old town of Skiathos, opposite Panagia Church, on the 1st floor. Only a few minutes walk to the port, Papadiamanti street (Skiathos Town Centre), Acropolis bus station, and to the nearest beach (Megali Ammos). 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom, living room/kitchen area (sofa & single bed under the sofa), balcony,and terrace with Bbq. Washing machine,cooking pans,coffee maker,nespresso machine,linen,towels,iron,hair dryer included. Feel free to ask me anything!

Perfect location to enjoy the island Set in an olive grove this 2 bedroom villa is perfect for a company of 4 people, ideal for families with children. Simple in its style this family summer house provides a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and a spacious balcony over looking Kanapitza Bay. 5 minute by car to to Skiathos town (taxi, bus and sea-bus also available), with plenty of great sea-side tavernas near by.

Το σπίτι βρισκεται σε μια κατάφυτη περιοχή με καταπληκτική θέα μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη χώρα της Σκιαθου.Το σπίτι χωρίζεται σε δυο επίπεδα.Κάτω βρισκεται ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι κι η τραπεζαρία,μια μεγάλη κουζίνα κι ένα άνετο μπάνιο.από εδώ υπάρχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα η οποία διαθέτη τραπεζαρία και μαγευτική θέα.Στο πάνω επίπεδο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωμάτια και μια τουαλέτα.Έξω υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με χωρο στάθμευσης,μπάρμπεκιου και χώρους ανάπαυσης.Δεν υπάρχει αστική συγκοινωνία.

Νεόδμητη οικία 65 τ.μ . Μεγάλα παράθυρα και μεγάλοι εξωτερικοί χώροι θα σας προσφέρουν ιδιωτικότητα και θα σας προσκαλέσουν να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε το καθαρό συναίσθημα αυτής της υπέροχης φύσης. Η πισίνα θα σας χαλαρώσει, ο περιβάλλον χώρος της διαθέτει ξαπλώστρες, έπιπλα κήπου και κούνιες για στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Μπρόστα από την οικία υπάρχει ήσυχη παραλία, χωρίς κόσμο. Αν κάποιος επιθυμεί κάτι πιο έντονο, σε απόσταση 1 χιλιομέτρου βρίσκεται η διάσημη παραλία του Αγίου Δημητρίου.
