Monthly Rentals in Xangri-lá

We love the apartment, super practical and clean, everything organized and exceeded our expectations. Gerson was super attentive and responded super fast to all check-in information.

I loved the stay, spacious house, clean, well equipped with dishes, even bowls, pots, baking pan, appliances, refrigerator with excellent freezer, large microwave, barbecue with skewer/grill in the kitchen, and the differential was the fireplace with this cold and rain in the south, it was my option instead of going to the Serra Gaúcha, and it was possible to walk on the beach. I took my pet (from the apartment), and I have a habit of always cleaning the floor, the house has a laundry area, where I left the sanitary mat, there is a bucket tank, squeegee, broom ... and if you stay for many days, and there is a child, with firm time, even to wash clothes, because there is a washing machine and a place to hang clothes. The house is great, air-conditioned in the rooms, very comfortable. I will definitely return if I have the opportunity. I thank Patric for his hospitality.

The apartment is well located, close to the beach, center, bakeries and restaurants, without needing a car for nothing. The apartment is very good, André responds super fast, we were greeted with agility at checkin and the checkout was super flexible regarding the departure time. The only negative points are the garage that is small (but we have been warned and are in the listing) and difficult to maneuver and not have a washing machine, which for a stay of more days would be necessary (this was not our case).
