Apartment holiday rentals in Xeropotamos

Very spacious, modern apt with a beautiful balcony. The street noise below made it difficult to sit out and talk there, but the view of the ocean was very nice. Well appointed kitchen. Very clean and neat. Mihalis gave us a great recommendation for dinner nearby that was lovely. We had a nice stay here

Although we booked for 3 people and it was only prepared for 2, the host was very quick and helpful in solving the problem! Very good room and conditions :)

The studio is exactly as shown in the photos. It's super clean and in a great location; hosts respond to all messages and quickly; I would choose it again.

Perfect for our family

We had a great time. The apartment offered everything to make you feel at home. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately. The only thing we did not like was the neighborhood barking dogs at night. Sometimes we had to close the bedroom windows to be able to go to sleep, but we realized the host was powerless to do anything about that.

We had an amazing stay. The place is lovely, clean and Χριστινα was very nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was walkable to the downtown area and harbour, but also quiet at night and not too busy. It was an easy ride from the airport and the location is also very close to the highway so it’s easy to head to the beach or other towns! Also good local bakeries and gyros in the area! :)

My boyfriend and I spent five nights here for my 22nd birthday and it did not disappoint. The photos on here do not do the place justice and the local area is just the right amount of quiet busy also with an abundance of restaurants and bars. We didn’t get a hire car as we managed with the local buses as they are so much cheaper and we were able to get to beaches such as Saridari and Paralia Psaromoura, which we would recommend. We also would highly recommend a boat tour to Dia island if you are able too. Restaurant wise in Gournes we cannot recommend Nami Restaurant enough and it is a must! The beach opposite is a lovely shallow beach but we aware it can be quite windy hence why we explored other beaches - would advise if u go to these beaches you leave early (especially if u want a sun lounger)! Already missing this place and Giorgo of course. All the best, Millie and Nathan :))

I've visited this home several times, and the Quality of service is always better . Keep everything in it as much as a home should have and more . I will definitely prefer it again and of course I will recommend it to friends and acquaintances .

Great place for a quick stay in Heraklion. Walkable to port to catch a ferry and see the main center and fortress. Very clear instructions, clean space and extremely responsive hosts.

This place is IMMACULATE! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is so lovely and the balcony view is stunning! We enjoy sitting in the evenings with a glass of wine and watching the sunset. The location is perfect, it’s 5 min walking distance from the Lion Fountain Square where they have the best bougatsa at Kirkor!!! There is a pay parking right across the street. We are definitely coming back! Hosts are amazing and responsive! We already miss Crete!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing time at Irene’s place in Crete. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The area is peaceful and beautiful, with everything you need close by shops, restaurants, and great spots to explore. Check-in and communication were super easy and relaxed. Magdalena and Vasilis are very helpful and have supported us in every matter. The apartment is well-equipped, clean and as shown in the pictures. We felt very comfortable.

I can’t say that enough about Nikoloaos and his wife as hosts! They were so incredibly kind and responsive. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and fun. By far the best Airbnb hosts I’ve encountered in my travels. I would very highly recommend a stay at this Airbnb. If you don’t, you’re missing out!

Very nice Villa and very friendly host. Her father is also living there and takes care of the garden. You can park there easily. The equipment and stuff that is available is as promised in the description. Location is actually not right next to the beach, but 10-15mins by foot, but by car it’s only 2mins. The beach there is amazing. The water is quite flat for a while, which is nice for playing in the water and probably for kids. Also the restaurants (especially Seven) there are really good and have a good price.

We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect, with tons of walkable restaurants and bars nearby. There was so much going on in the area, and the lively atmosphere made it really fun to explore. One of our favorite parts was the hot tub on the balcony. It was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The homemade wine was a really nice touch and absolutely delicious. We’d definitely come back.

We are now back home and have had some time to reflect. From check-in to check-out, it was simply amazing. We felt right at home. Traditional food was regularly left at the door by the family. At the beginning, we were also surprised by this. We had a great rental car and drove around the area a bit. The place is perfect for that. Approximately 1 hour from Heraklion Airport and everything else is accessible. Would we book again and again.

Awesome place - Jacuzzi helps! Bed is nice and comfy, aircon works nicely and cooker and fridge is nice. It’s down the road from town a bus ride away. Toilet and shower is wetroom is nice. You have a great view of beach from the north side balcony and nice moon lit view of from the south side (whilst in the jacuzzi). It’s a good place to get transport links from the city (buses are all over the place). Stelios was very responsive and helpful with recommendations With restaurants and places to find a drink. Deffo would come back 10/10 🇬🇧🇬🇷

One of our best AirBnB experiences. We felt like part of the family… Nice basket filled on arrival (good wine, cookies...) The apartment was in perfect condition, modern and tasteful. The beautiful pool. The very quiet residence. We will come back without hesitation.
