Nice hostel and very comfortable!

Jenny is a star host! She met me at the train station at my arrival time. Before we even went to her accommodation, she took me to the bus station and helped me understand some free tour options during my stay. Then offered me a bicycle. Then took me to the beach while she visited with a friend in the area. She offered help and suggestions throughout and even after my stay and even arranged for my ferry tickets to Lanyu and Green islands. The location of the apartment is very good for its proximity to the bus and train stations. Restaurants and cafes easily within walking distance. Definitely I recommend it and Jenny and I would return if I go back to Hualien. Thanks Jenny!

Due to availability Lily actually upgraded me to a bigger seaside apartment. This review is more for that one. Very spacious 3 bed room apartment, since it is a corner unit, you have gorgeous ocean view from 2nd br which I used as office. A fully functional kitchen was very handy since I stayed 9 days this time. Lily certain makes you feel welcome and at home, she filled the fridge with all kind of food, in particularly enjoyed the home grown fruits and home made Yuzu Jam！ Lily also provided a detailed list of place I can go to eat, list of sites, and pointed me to local travel programs I participated. Many thx Lily, a great experience!

Dec 2024 Shiang upgraded us from this space to a lovely 3 bedroom apartment near the Ocean Walk. We really enjoyed the space..with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and laundry space we gad lots of aoace to spread out for ourtwo week stay .Shiang messaged us a list of popular eating spaces they enjoy and we agree with them ..all terrific spaces to walk to ,sit an enjoy coffee or meals. We have always enjoyed Shiang's enthusim and kindness for hosting.

I am an American who also has lived in China. So I can relate both cultures and environment. It was a great experience, great apartment and host. Clean and good location. Walkable to everything you want, highly recommend. 我觉得非常好的经验。房东和房间都是优秀的。房间的位置很好，你可以到处走一走，吃饭，买东西，等等。我肯定推荐这个房间和房东。

Budget-friendly, conveniently located across from Hualien's train and bus station. The complimentary daily hospitality was exceptional. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you. I will return.

Eine sehr tolle Unterkunft, der Weg von Bahnhof ist angenehm kurz und auch in die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit. Es war makellos sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super. Gerne wieder!

היה לנו אירוח נעים. הדירה הייתה נקייה, מסודרת, נעימה וענתה על כל הצרכים שלנו כזוג מטיילים שחיפשו כמה ימים של מנוחה.

民宿老闆很親民，服務態度很讚。還有包含早餐，早餐的食材也很不錯！很好吃。

老板人超好！非常贴心。入住前一直保持联系。 房间非常大！家居环境，干净卫生，设施齐全！ 并且，离花莲车站非常非常近，走路最多15分钟就到了。 下次有机会来花莲，还住这里！ 极力推荐！
