Monthly Rentals in Xixová-Japuí State Park

Organized building, flexible check-in time because the building has 24-hour concierge, apartment was clean and organized, basic utensils Kitchen, new air conditioning in both rooms, equipped with barbecue and pool but I did not use the climate, it was not hot and the water was very cold, Excellent location, there is no need to use the car for anything, bars, restaurants, bakeries all nearby, including the beach, just down the street. In the building, there is only 1 service elevator for a large flow of people, so there was always a wait to use it. We spent the holiday and everything It went well 🙏🏾

Great stay. Super close to the beach, there is a market and restaurant nearby, we didn't need to take the car out at all. The apartment was even better than in the photos, we will definitely be back

Impeccable apartment, extremely cozy and clean. It has everything we needed for a perfect stay, including the electronic lock with a password, which made it much easier, and an air conditioner that works very well. The condominium is very quiet and the staff are helpful and polite. We had full support from host Douglas in all aspects requested. We will definitely be back more often. Highly recommend!

The apartment is excellent, the host is very helpful, responds quickly to all questions, wonderful location, it is in a very good spot on the beach, the mountain view is very beautiful. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I was very well received.
