This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 9 (with two babies) - very safe, spacious; every need was met in a timely/responsive manner and we couldn't ask for more. Location is definitely centrally accessible but make sure to account for traffic!

We had an amazing time!! The home was gorgeous and well-furnished, the backyard was beautiful and accommodations were made (high chair and crib) for our 1 year old daughter upon request. Location was perfect for seeing everything we wanted to see in CDMX, and the neighborhood was quiet but far from dead. Highly recommend staying here instead of one of the hotels nearby!

Gema was great and super helpful with everything. She was always responsive and proactive. I would definitely recommend this place! We were here on a boy's trip and the indoor private pool and location were perfect!

Excellent place, very cozy, clean and tidy. Cooper (the doggie) welcomes you with great joy and Alma was always helpful and friendly. We had an inconvenience with the lock upon arrival, but Alma set out to help us immediately. Highly recommended and enjoyable. I would definitely go there again.

It was a pleasant surprise to find this Airbnb, it is in a very quiet neighborhood as well as the street. The house is as shown in the photographs, it has everything you need for a quiet stay. The location is very good because it is close to other routes to move around the city, both by car and public transport. And above all, the attention of the hostesses, excellent. The space is very special! You enter the apartment through a garden and also have the opportunity to sit outside. Ivan's parents are good-hearted people who care wonderfully when you have a wish. The apartment is very cozy, from Ivan's parents you can rent an additional room with private bathroom if necessary. We highly recommend the place to everyone 💜 What is also to mention, you get drinking water!!!

My mom, son, and I stayed here and we loved it. The house is very spacious and stays very cool. The bedrooms are great sizes. It is in walking distance to the center of Tlalpan which has so many restaurants and cafes to choose from. Maria and Teresa were very helpful and always responsive. Thank you! We will be back!

My family and I stayed for a week and everything was fine. The house is tidy. The area is quiet. The house is a little hot but Gaby put a fan in each room and that was more than enough. There is room to store the car. There's a bit of a pressure issue with the shower on the top floor, but it's not a big deal. Several stores and dining options in the area. We had rain and heat and we had no problems with the house or the area. We would definitely go back.

We have nothing but good things to say. Águeda was a ten host: attentive, friendly, super flexible and always aware that everything was perfect. From the first message until we said goodbye, everything flowed amazing. You can tell that you love every detail. The house is a jewel: comfortable, well equipped, with super nice spaces and perfect for what we needed. We were recording content and it was the ideal place, both inside and out. In addition, the location is unbeatable: nothing from the center of Coyoacán, which made it very easy for us to make tomas in the surroundings. I travelled from Scotland to visit Mexico City. I ended up booking Luis’ studio for one month, without really knowing the area, and I had a great time. The area is very safe, and quiet with easy access to local shops and other amenities. Additionally, public transport is easily accessible and the city centre isn’t too far by taking an Uber. Luis is a great host, he is very helpful and attentive. I would recommend booking his studio 100%.

Everything was perfect, excellent communication, clean and comfortable place

This is an absolutely gorgeous house with a very large, peaceful garden. It is decorated and designed in a combination of styles that vary from very modern to rustic, coming together to create a look that is at once elegant and cozy. I stayed with my girlfriend but it could easily house a family or group of friends of 6 or 7. I held a small gathering of colleagues (total 5 people) and everyone was completely over the moon with how large and beautiful this home is. The neighborhood of Coyoacan is one of the most beautiful in Mexico City and there are many great restaurants a 5 minute drive away or a beautiful and peaceful 15 minute walk. Martin is a great attentive host and was very communicative and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommended!
