Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Xochimilco

Colomba is an excellent host! He was always attentive and responded to every request immediately. We were allowed to enter before check-in and leave a little after check-out and we are infinitely grateful. The apartment is even better than described, it is nice, quiet, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has a beautiful garden that makes you feel like you have a little piece of paradise at your disposal. 100% recommended and we will certainly consider it in the future. Thanks Colomba and team!!! It was a blessing to have found a place like yours!

Was a good place to stay

The Accommodation was easy to find, clear instructions and Flexibility in it hours of entry as of departure, Pat was aware and was responding quickly for any questions, I would have loved it to have a microwave and blender since as we decided to prepare the dishes there was a little difficult, the WiFi connection was excellent and everything was very clean, we loved the stay :)

The house is just as it appears in the photos, with all the amenities. We loved the location, as it has security and it is easy to find everything around for a better stay. 100% recommended

I had a wonderful stay! Luz and Edith were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made everything smooth and easy. The place was very private, clean, and I felt completely safe. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Stay here—you won’t regret it! Very quiet and the decor is so tasteful.

The stay was very pleasant, quiet, clean, accessible, Liza was always super friendly, a nice touch with the mini stove and the entrance that was difficult to get the vehicle into because of the slope, but other than that everything was great, we plan to return later, recommended

Location, location, location!!! I specifically chose to stay in Coyoacán because I was in town for Frida Kahlo. I wanted to be as close as possible to her Blue House Museum, her park, the huge market, plenty of vegan restaurants and bakeries (since I was also celebrating my birthday) as well as several of the other museums all within 10 minutes walking in any direction. I was very happy with how residential and quiet the neighborhood is. If you go during the rainy season (there was light rain and wonderful thunder each evening typically between 5p-7p) expect the electricity to go out. I really enjoyed the decor in the apartment because it made me happy to see all of the colors as well as traditional Mexican art, a beautiful Alebrijes peacock as well as the framed photographs on the walls. Made it very authentic. Everything one could possibly need was available. Loved enjoying my tea every morning on the balcony with such gorgeous bougainvillea flowers. You won’t be disappointed!

The host was always very respectful and kind, but above all, he empathized with my family's needs. The apartment is simply beautiful, safe and super spacious. Only for people who respect such a beautiful space.

The apartment is a luxury for the price, super spacious, comfortable and an unbeatable location. Apart from the apartment's amenities, Gunnar and Regina are the best hosts I've ever had, super communicative, hyper friendly and you can tell they're good people. They went so far as to invite me to have mates with them and talk a little about life. I'm really grateful for the treatment and I'd definitely come back a thousand times

Peaceful and safe area. Beautiful and large room, pleasant bed. Laura is also very sweet. However, you share the bathroom with another person/room. It says in the more detailed description anyway, but at first glance in the advertisement, it seems like you have a private bathroom. Unfortunately, the other person did not take the cleanliness in the bathroom so seriously. But Laura can't do anything about it

Stay like a local. Explore like a tourist. This place embodies Washington DC cool in the CDMX. The best attributes are wonderful hosts, beautiful wood floors, large shower with stone floors, comfortable king bed, plush bath towels, panoramic views at sunrise, clean upholstery, warm and cool lighting options, els like coming home after a day of touring and all the fine touches Vanessa and Luis provided so I did not have to shop immediately upon checking in. The only drawback was long Uber rides in CDMX traffic because the home is located a bit further south of the central locations.

I stayed for a few days for work and it was my perfect place to rest, from the comfort to the entire building and its 17 amenities. I loved it! I'd come back a thousand more times, thanks to Mexico, Dafne and Alejandro for being the best hosts 🇲🇽🔥

A fantastic place right in the middle of Insurgentes, with lots of great places for coffee and food, and super close to a Metro Bus station. The view from 11th floor is gorgeous. The apartment overall is great and in perfect condition, and a nice cherry on top is incredibly tall ceiling, making it feel extremely spacious. The check-in process was as simple as it can be, and the building security is very friendly and helpful. The building is also very easy to locate by Uber/DiDi drivers.

The stay was excellent, just what we needed for the trip, everyone was very comfortable. It is very close to many shops, stores, pharmacies, restaurants...there are options for everyone. The arrival and delivery of the keys was very simple and flexible, everyone was very kind to us. We would definitely book again.
