Townhome holiday rentals in Yakima River

We were in town for an event at the fairgrounds, this place was super close to the fairgroubs and convenient to get to stores. we will stay again.

I have been to only a few AirBnB homes and had a very good impression of the thoughtfulness of this hostess. I appreciated the helpful notes here and there, the created Visitors Guide, the games, DVD’s books, the generous supply of the hospitality bar with Keurig coffee to get me going. Thank you! This condo was amazing! We absolutely loved how close it was to the downtown area. We walked down there each morning. The pool and hot tub were so close to the condo and we took advantage of that. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck to play cards or enjoying our morning coffee.

As with other reviews, this is a GEM. Squeaky clean top to bottom, well appointed and VERY spacious. Yes, there's road noise, but it's not a freeway and it doesn't prohibit a great sleep in those comfortable beds. We did a fair amount of walking from here to eat, workout and grocery shop. Absolutely will stay again.

Wonderful, cozy place with everything you needed during your stay.

What a wonderful place! We stayed over Labor Day weekend for concerts,I t was a convenient short drive to the Gorge! Everything was spotless and communication was instant. The area itself is amazing- pools, we walked down to the beaches and swam in the river. TH best views, a spot for amazing pizza, ice cream, etc. Definitely a 5 star stay!

We have stayed at Suncadia several times over the past few years and this is by far our favorite unit. The kitchen was stocked with matching utensils, dishes and glasses and there were plenty of them! The unit itself is fairly compact, but the outdoor space doubled our living space. The views were wonderful. We enjoy the mid week stays as they are quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed.

The townhome is nice, well maintained and is a beautiful area close to nature.

It was clean and worked for what we needed. Not really sure what was in the kitchen for cookware as we did not need to use it this time around. Nice fully fenced backyard for our service dog which is always a plus. Host was proactive, friendly and responsive. We would probably stay here again if we are in the area.

We had a great stay at Emilia’s! We were welcoming with snacks (for kids & the dog) and drinks! It was a perfect base for a weekend of sports.

This is a great getaway location for my friend and our daughters. The girls had a great time riding their bike around the property, swimming in the pool and getting ice cream at the clubhouse. We were in the area for a concert at the Gorge , which was a short 20 minute drive to the venue. Highly recommend this getaway for a concert weekend or for just a short weekend get away!

Good location. We’ve stayed here for our yearly trip a few years in a row. It’s changed owners but still a great time.

Luliana and Mihai are wonderful hosts. Very responsive and welcoming. Great location!!! Highly recommend!

We were in town for a conference, and this was a nice home for the week. The outside space could use an upgrade, but other than that we were very happy here. Comfortable beds and a nice coffee maker were among the highlights.

Traveling for work and this was great compared to staying at a hotel.

We loved Roland's place. It was exactly as pictured and was perfect to accommodate 3 couples. Location was right by the pool and provided beach towels for our use poolside. Host was in contact regularly before trip and during which was great!! Would definately stay here again!!!
