Villa holiday rentals in Yalıkavak

3-4 minutes drive from the center of Yalikavak. We didn't have much trouble. Just so you know, it's not like walking to the center.

I recommend it to those who are looking for a peaceful and beautiful holiday in the most tranquil parts of Bodrum. Ms. Gamze took care of everything one by one. She shared a very professional document and includes everything with us. He responded very quickly when I had questions though. The view and calmness of the house was my favorite part. A spotless home with everything we needed. We highly recommend Ms. Gamze's house.

Stunning apartment in the heart of Bodrum. Very convenient location - it took us just 5 minutes walking to get to the sea and all restaurants and shops however you're still far from the streets which might be noisy at night. Views from the second flour are gorgeous. You can enjoy sunsets watching a harbour and Bodrum castle. Apartment was very clean with all necessary kitchen amentities to prepare breakfast/lunch/dinner. Aydan was very helpful, recommended some city spots and restaurants. He also was very kind to organize for us a transfer to airport. We would be happy to stay at Ayhan's place again.

We had a totally magical couple of days at Asim’s sunset villa. The view by the pool is very special and we enjoyed watching the sun go down over the water. Asim’s house manager was extremely friendly and attentive and helped me to source some catering and a cake for a special birthday for my husband. We absolutely loved it and we would definitely go back and visit again!

It is a paradise of 3 villas among the citrus trees. - The pool is really gorgeous - even bigger than the ones in the photo. 150cm deep. - You are completely surrounded by nature. It's green everywhere. It was very nice to lie in the hammock and watch the nature. - Walking distance to places such as supermarket, bakery, butcher You can take care of all your needs within 5-10 minutes by car. You can reach Kadıkalesi Public Beach with a 15-minute walk from the house. - Mr. Emre, Mr. Raşit and Ms. Nurten were very helpful. - The homes have everything you could need. (Microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) I would like to point out as the points that need to be improved: - The beds in the houses are a bit old. I would like to point out that we are not very comfortable. - A little more care can be taken about hygiene. - At least one of the houses would have been nice to have an oven. In a nutshell, we are very happy. We started making plans to come in the coming years.

From our first contact with our host Tolga, we felt completely at ease. His communication was clear, kind, and reassuring. We had a wonderful holiday. Although we couldn’t enjoy the sea during the first few days due to early-season weather, we made up for it later. The calm and peaceful atmosphere was a real plus. There are two different coves within a 5-minute walk — a big advantage. We especially liked Karaincir Beach for its calm, clear water. The house is modern, stylish, and surrounded by greenery. The spacious garden was perfect for spending time with our 2.5-year-old daughter. Tolga was always helpful and quick to respond to any requests. During the Bayram/holiday week, he even surprised us with homemade „baklava and sarma „— such a thoughtful gesture. We felt right at home and would love to stay again. Thank you for everything!

Waking up in bed was incredibly enjoyable thanks to this view. It was peaceful to consume your food and drink against this exquisite view on the balcony downstairs and on the outdoor patio. The house was very clean and had all the equipment you might need (toaster, filter coffee maker, barbecue, hair dryer, etc.). A destination where my family and I will also consider coming during the summer season.

This year, we stayed at Mr. Mahir's house like last year. Her mother Ms. Nesrin greeted us at the door and even brewed our tea before she arrived. I had the opportunity to have a very enjoyable holiday with my family. This is a place where you can feel like at home. The fact that the complex has a beach amenity for its own use (you need to go down some stairs, you can go half of it with your vehicle if you wish), and its own private pier allows you to meet very clean and clear waters. Thank you for everything, it will be our first choice again next year.

This summer, I rented this wonderful 4-bedroom house with my family and had an excellent experience. The house has its own private garage.The house was very clean and had all kinds of equipment. There were 4 rooms in the house, all of which were air-conditioned, and there were a total of 5 air conditioners, including 1 in the living room. You can easily connect to the wifi network from every room in the house. The internet was powerful and very fast. The pool was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location was very nice, very close to the beach and the city center. The house has a view of the pool, sea, and islands 24/7. I really enjoyed the garden and the spacious interior of the house. The homeowner, Mr. Ömer, and the caretaker, Mr. Erdoğan, were extremely attentive, kind, and helpful. They were in constant communication with us and greeted us before we entered the house. We are very grateful for this wonderful stay.

We felt very comfortable in the villa of the Menges-Weber family. The location is perfect between Turutreis and Gümüslük on the slope with fantastic sunsets. The villa leaves nothing to be desired. The pool was a great refreshment in the hot temperatures. The approach to the villa is, as is typical everywhere in Turkey, over very poorly tarred roads. However, since we knew this in advance, it didn't really bother us. All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday, we will definitely come back! Fantastic villa for 7 friends in a beautiful location. We loved it, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants as well as the harbour where we took a boat trip. The owner was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!

It is a very lovely and classy huge house - ideal for family with the beautiful garden and amazing large pool. The kitchen is well equipped with a fancy decoration. Nil (she lives in a small house next to the main house) is very friendly and helps with every issue immediately. The restaurants recommandations form Orkun were awesome. Supermarkets and a nice shopping mall within 5-10min by car. House is 10-15min by car from Bodrum harbour depending on traffic. We would always come back.

The host was very helpful, everything is above expected, I highly recommend it. However, the villa is located in an elevated area, old people might not be able to walk around.

We had a truly wonderful week at this beautiful villa in Turkey. The property is spacious, spotless and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing family holiday. It’s set in a quiet, private location, and the pool – which wraps around the house – became the perfect focal point, especially when dining outside. Our host, Ceren, was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to support us when our son needed medical help after a sea urchin mishap – she directed us promptly to the right place. She also gave us plenty of notice for things like the gardener’s visit, always checking what worked best for us. This villa, combined with Ceren’s thoughtful hosting, made for one of our best holidays. Highly recommended!

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Had a great stay in Ali's house - spectacular views, great amenities. House is also in a good location close to Yalikavak. Ali was a great host always easy to reach and quick to help with any issues we had. Will definitely be revisiting

Mr. Ercan is extremely caring and did everything he could for all our requests, we thank him very much. The location of the house is very good, we knew the distance to the center, so there was no problem. Even if you don't have a car, there is a minibus in front of the house, and the market, bakery, sea, etc. are within walking distance. We were very pleased.

Ms. Ayşegül's house was really like in the photos, with a very nice view and a shaded balcony from 10am, immaculate and everything you find, a very delicious beach. Ms. Ayşegül's parents, Ms. Şehriban and Mr. Oğuz, are also staying downstairs and are very interested, very sweet people, they gave us delicious treats. It was a very nice holiday, we are very satisfied.

We had a great holiday at Anders and Jeanette’s place. The house was beautiful, peaceful, impeccably clean and at perfect location in Bodrum! We were feet’s away from a very nice pool and garden, and we very much enjoyed our stay. House is far away from hustle and bustle of Bodrum center but it is in close proximity to many beautiful beaches and small & cute towns! House has everything a family needs to be comfy in a vacation home. Anders and Jeanette were great and very prompt in their communications. Anders provided a very detailed and very much useful guidelines and recommendations for beaches and restaurants around the region. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!
