Cottage holiday rentals in Yarmouth

Our stay was great! Very much appreciated there being a portable crib available that was easy to set up and comfortable for our toddler! We also enjoyed having the backyard space and hot tub at night and it was easy to operate

This place was perfect! Absolutely beautiful with lots to do. We loved the rock path and look forward to staying again in the future!

Mazie was great host and her place was perfect for our family. Walkable to beach. The kids could ride their bikes on the dead end road and they had a little candy and Icecream store they liked to bike to not far. The inside was great. We had four kids and our two youngest loved the little loft area as their room. The backyard was great for relaxing grilling and the outdoor shower was perfect to have for back and forth trips to the beach all day. Mazie was a great host and we are grateful for our stay at her beautiful home.

Christinas house was without a doubt the nicest house I have stayed out through Airbnb. Christina was there when we checked in and answered all of my questions. She was very friendly and welcoming. The house is very beachy and comfortable. The kitchen contained everything we needed for cooking. And the back yard is simply an oasis, relaxing furniture and a hot tub. Also we had use of canoes at the neighborhood beach, which our boys thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely amazing house, fit all of us comfortably and a great host. Art was there to respond to all of our questions and was responsive and extremely helpful .

We had a great stay at Blue Anchor, our first Airbnb stay. The house is neat and clean and host had thought of everything one might need right down to a well equipped kitchen with a selection of spices. Sandwich was a great home base for the exploring we wanted to do. The surroundings are attractive and peaceful, very quiet and tucked away. The bed was comfortable and that’s much appreciated after days of on-the-go enjoying the Cape. We used and enjoyed the grill and the hot tub. Tv, WiFi, all good. We appreciated the excellent communication, and friendliness. It was great to have our two small dogs along for vacation. We’d highly recommend Blue Anchor and would love to return.

There was nothing that hasn't been thought of to accommodate anyone that stays there. The fenced in yard was a bonus especially for our Border Collies. The beach was just a short walk, it was beautiful!

Everything we needed in this cozy cottage. We were a family of 5 and the cottage was cozy and provided every amenity we needed. The main bed was comfortable and the little extra bedroom was great space for our small ones to have imaginary play! Shower had great water pressure. The outdoor shower was fabulous. We spent most of our time out of the house so the cottage was just what we needed to lay our tired bodies at night and make a small breakfast in the morning. The cottage was clean and tidy. Sharon and her caretakers were responsive and warm. We would 100% stay again!

We had a great stay! Anne was friendly, responsive, and flexible. The location was private, beautiful and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved it!

Adorable cottage, nice lay out, very clean with all of the comforts of home, a dishwasher, brand new stove, nice size fridge with ice maker. This cottage has a private backyard with grill and new teak patio set and lounge chairs for relaxing and soaking up the sun, the window boxes are a nice touch to add to the cottage charm! Beautiful location near 2 very nice beaches, peaceful neighborhood near the Cape Cod Canal for morning or afternoon walks and bike rides. Great restaurants close by, The Lobster Trap and Trading Post lounge are my favorites, also a great little store right down the street, Gray Gables Market has everything you would need for your stay. We loved our stay, can’t wait to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay at Nina’s Cape June Cottage. It was very comfortable, super clean, and very well equipped! We really appreciated all the little touches, like the sound machines in each bedroom. Nina has thought of everything to make sure we were comfortable. We hope to stay there again!

A great, family friendly ranch! Located a short walking distance to the beach and even breakfast! Quiet area. Nice fenced in back yard. Everything worked great within the house and outside! Would definitely come back!

Cute spot! Loved the ease to the water! Got in first night and they even had the light on for us. Close to anything you need!! Perfect for a Mother’s Day get anyway for me and my three girls! Fished/boated/swam and had a great time! Van was willing to accommodate a late check out for. Decent price, although we ended up heading out on time I was grateful for this! Can’t wait to go back! Thanks Van and Family!!!

We loved our stay at this cozy cottage! It was our first trip to Cape Cod, and this spot was exactly what we needed – comfortable, clean, and in a great location for exploring Yarmouth and beyond. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything you need. Loved having two indoor living spaces. The main bedroom had a 1/2 bath (toilet and sink), making our stay there much more convenient. The property, location, yard, and nearby pond make it very conducive to a great family time.

This was the perfect and peaceful cottage to stay in! House was beautiful and clean! Loved the area as well. Debora was very helpful and kind! Would definitely recommend her place f you are looking for beautiful and relaxing vacation!

My second stay. beach 200 yards away, excellent seafood restaurant nearby (Skippers). Beautiful Bass River and Parker River on either side. The cottage is well equipped with beach getaway stuff, and necessities. I hope to return in the Fall.

To say that Wharf Cottage is idyllic is an understatement. This cottage is a dream. Wharf cottage is not your average Airbnb. This is a thoughtfully curated & designed home that provides a bespoke experience, unlike anything else. We have stayed at more than 40 different Airbnb’s & other rental properties and Carol’s place is the only one that actually brought tears to my eyes. We came to Cape Cod from California for a week for the hydrangea festival. We chose Wharf cottage because it was surrounded by hydrangeas & I loved the decor. When we pulled up to the home, the hydrangeas were in full bloom, & it was breathtaking. The whole property is lovely. The inside of the home is absolutely charming and very well done. The neighborhood was very quiet & peaceful. Carol had lots of great recommendations for places to eat & we ate at most of what she recommended. Despite her well appointed kitchen we didn’t cook one meal. Take route 6A whenever you can. Trust me. Until next time!

Great location. Space is small but packs a punch w 1.5 baths and 3 bedrooms. Jonathan was very responsive and helpful. We liked this Airbnb a lot.

We had such a great stay at this cozy home! From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. So clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. The house was well-stocked with everything you might need to cook or have fun as a family. The backyard was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Michelle and Andrew were incredibly responsive and provided so many helpful recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. We’d love to come back soon! Highly recommend!
