We really felt at home and the location on the canal was superb! looking forward to future stays!

We spent our anniversary at Leslie’s place and it was a beautiful! The views and location was like no other and we would book again! Leslie was very responsive and even left us some dinner when we came in late from the ferry. The restaurant staff were friendly and it was everything described in the listing. We didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful little condo with great views and everything within walking distance. The photos do not do it justice! Will definitely be back and would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the cape

Mark's place was exactly how it appeared in photos. Great, walkable location. Easy to get to restaurants on Main St. There's a place to rent bikes just across the street. The stay was comfortable, quiet, and exceeded expectations. Thank you again, Mark!

Loved the location! There were people nearby but it was quiet. Great access to walk on the sand by the water. Inside, the bed was comfortable and I found everything I needed for the one dinner I ate in. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the back as well. Would love to stay again.

Monica & TJ’s listing is exactly as pictured and described. It is spotless and well appointed. The extra little touches such as quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel (not Wally World brand), snacks, and of course the pastries upon check in- are so nice. These things tell me that they care about their guests and their experience. Great binder on the “How to use” + suggestions of things to do, restaurants, etc. Very helpful! The best part was how close to the beach this rental is! 100% would stay here again; experience to value ratio = A+ !

We had a fabulous stay and very much enjoyed the privacy of the backyard, the view, and the hot tub. This property is close to the Shining Sea Bike Trail, which we biked down to Woods Hole. Shauna was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again!.

The water views were breathtaking. The hot tub was a nice touch. Beautiful clean home. We loved our stay and would love to come again.

This is a beautiful home in a great location, a very short walk to a beach and only a short drive to West Dennis Beach. You could walk to nice restaurants or take short trips; the location felt very central for a quiet getaway. The pictures capture the look and feel of the rental perfectly, including the luxury backyard that was hard to leave at times. Maxwell was perfectly responsive and friendly to communicate with. Happy to recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet Cape getaway.

Kara’s place is wonderful! We LOVE the setting, the lake and private beach is wonderful. Kara has lots gears for the water activities and the setup just perfect! On top of that, she is super responsive and easy to communicate with. Definitely would love to go back again!

The house and hosts were amazing - The perfect acommodation in the perfect location for a three generation family vacation. We had ample room to play some of the many games at the house during the stormy days while we were there. The youngest member of the family was thrilled with all the beach toys and books that were available. This house is extremely well equipped for children and we did not miss anything. We loved the easy access to the beach, even on rainy days, and walked to downtown Barnstable often. Yael was super responsive to our questions. One of the best places we've ever stayed at, thank you Yael for making this stay so easy and your house so comfortable.

Perfection - no description or picture can capture this amazing property. Comfortable, tasteful, amazing activities and watercraft/beach supplies. Perfect for active boating, beach, cycling around or simply watching the swans and herons from the deck with a beverage in hand. We can't wait to come back. Main part of house perfect for 3-6 in the three comfortable bedrooms and the "rec room" bedroom perfect for 4 single bed sleeps (or just me - I had the bedroom deck to do yoga at sunrise and was sooooo happy). We wanted for nothing.

The property was pristine, roomy and comfortable. Each room Has its only little balcony you can sit outside on and relax. Communications were extremely helpful and the host was very responsive to questions. It is not really on the waterfront - it’s not a beach or place to swim -more of a view of some water, though serene. We loved this place and will definitely return!

We loved our stay. The cottage was adorable, clean, and had everything needed. The outside yard and waterfront was precious. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and will absolutely stay again!

Keith’s place was perfect for our quick stay on the Cape! It was right across the street from kayak rentals and had many different places to eat a short distance away. They offered some great recommendations in the guide book, which we went to as well. Definitely recommend staying here!

This condo was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay for our girls trip! It was in a quiet neighborhood and just under a 10 minute drive into town. Julia was a great host and gave a phenomenal list of local shops, food, activities, and more! It was our first time in Chatham and we loved it!

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.
