Pets welcome; no parties or loud music. A gated community. In the common area, there is another garden and swimming pool. Access by paying the subdivision fee.

Enjoy the climate of Cuautla in our house in Brisas in the private pool, where you can enjoy 24 hours a day, or have fun playing a foosball tournament, or a board game; all in a quiet environment with comfortable facilities and furniture in excellent condition. If you like the water in the pool warmer, we have a boiler, with an additional cost per day.
