A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

There aren't too many items there. For those who want to wake up to the sound of the sea and watch the sunset on the terrace in the evening. There is a bus station and various places to eat and drink in the immediate vicinity. It is better than walking in this heat, the dolmus is better, it passes in front of the door:)
