Holiday rentals with a patio in Yeoncheon-gun

The location was so good because it was very close to the district and on foot, and above all, the communication was good, so I had a comfortable stay!

Our first time in Seoul, and stayed at Mapo-gu, especially at Phillip & Peter's is really the best decision. Really love the neighborhood, close to Mangwon market and Hongdae, not too far from all the must see, but far enough from all the hectic. If you like to run/walk, this will be a great choice as well. At first we only planned to run towards the Han river, which was a very nice run, but then Peter recommended us to run along the stream nearby toward Hongjecheon waterfalls, absolutely great track with magnificent view in the end 🥰 You can continue with a hike to Mount Ansan afterwards, incredible birdview of Seoul with beginner friendly track. Would love to stay here again if we come back to Seoul!

This was our second long trip to Korea. Until now, we had always stayed in Seoul, but this time we decided to try Songdo — and the result exceeded even our highest expectations. Unlike Seoul, Songdo features ultra-modern buildings, infrastructure, and surroundings. We especially loved the apartment’s location near a student campus and Central Park. The park itself is a true work of art. Since I’m a programmer, I would walk to the park and back almost every day after work — it became part of my routine. Up until now, my favorite place in Korea was Busan, but Songdo is definitely just as amazing. I love Korea for its technology, cleanliness, and modern vibe. Staying in this apartment in Songdo was the perfect way to experience all of that.

Minji was a highly communicative and considerate host, ensuring a smooth check in experience with her proactive messages on the day of arrival. The accommodation faces a small hill as shown in the photos, which provides a sense of privacy even when using the balcony. The surrounding neighborhood consists of local residences, making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are local restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance, and parking in the area was hassle free. One thing to note: while Minji did explain this in advance, the elevator does not reach the top floor, so guests with large suitcases may need to make a bit of extra effort. Also, the ceiling is sloped and relatively low in some areas, which could be slightly inconvenient for taller guests.

I had an amazing stay at 혜수’s place! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, peaceful, and with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. I specifically chose this spot for its cleanliness and the relaxing ocean view, and it did not disappoint. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location was ideal: very central and close to a range of restaurants and cafes, which made it easy and fun to explore the area solo. Plus, it was close to the airport, which was a huge bonus since I had an early flight out of Incheon. 혜수 was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and always available to help. Even the staff at the convenience store downstairs were warm and helpful, adding to the welcoming vibe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing getaway. Oren was arguably one of the best hosts we have ever had on Airbnb as she really took care of us even before we arrived. Oren was so helpful with recommendations around the area and answered all the questions we had for her. She has done a great job making the place feel comfortable and clean - and is very accommodating for her guests including amenities that we found very helpful for us. We really appreciated how Oren went above and beyond for us and would highly recommend this place to stay in Hongcheon.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

The view from the house is really beautiful. In addition, on the last day of this trip, it was even better to see the snowy mountains in the morning after it snowed through the night. The privacy was guaranteed, so I was able to play the grand piano to my heart's content even in the evening, and the bedding was fluffy and nice. The amenities are also great. It's a place I want to go again next time. The host was so kind that he personally cleared the snow that fell through the night so that the car could go.

We stayed 7 days at Sue’s place and had a great stay. Easy to get around across Gangnam (COEX, Apgujeong, Cheongdam) and Seongsu and walkable to lots of restaurants nearby. The space feels larger than a studio because the bed was in a separate space than the living/kitchen area, and it was well-appointed and designed. It is tucked in a smaller road so is quiet. Note that this is a 4th floor walk-up and unit does not have laundry (also stated in the listing). There is a 24-hour laundromat right across the street. Sue was a great host, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Amazing place , highly recommended!!

The accommodation was prettier and more sensuous than what I saw in the photos, and I especially liked it because there were a lot of books. I jumped happily with the puppy I took with me in the spacious yard ~ ~. In particular, the annex made me feel like I was invited to a new space. I was listening to the CDs I used to listen to when I was a kid, and I fell into old memories. It's a place where you can feel good about the host's excellent senses. 🌸🌸 June was so green and fresh! I think it will be great even in the winter when the snow is gently piling up ~ 👍👍

It’s a beautiful house, that you can actually live in with all the amenities provided! Nice design touches, especially the bookshelf, and view. Given it wasn’t our first time in Seoul, we didn’t mind a less central location — please don’t dismiss the uphills around the neighbourhood, on hot days they can be very challenging!

The room type is beautiful, the space is large, quiet, it is not late to Hongik shopping district, the host responds instantly, highly recommended!
