El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.

(구)중평초에 한옥으로 리모델링한 집입니다. 교실한칸인 독채입니다~~ 주왕산 15분, 송소고택 5분,객주문학관 10분거리 입니다~ 영덕상주 고속도로에서 청송 휴게소 정면에서 보이고, 시원하고 전망 좋고, 최신형 노래방기계도 구비되어 있고, 노리박스 게임기 2대, 만화책 6500권도 구비되어서 쉬면서 만화책도 보고 힐링하기에 아주 좋은 곳입니다^^ 2층 숙소에서는 간단 취사만 가능하고, 1층 빈교실(바베큐장)에 취사도구가 완비되어 편하게 쓰실 수 있도록 되어 있습니다. 2층 숙소는 소나무로 한 한옥이라서 고기 취사를 할 경우 나무에 냄새가 베여서 고기 및 생선 구이 절대불가입니다.
