Holiday rentals with a patio in Yeongtong-gu

I was so satisfied, but if you had told me how to dispose of the garbage in the first place, I don't think I would have gone down to buy a pay-as-you-go bag... But the next day, I was very satisfied with the other parts because they took care of the checkout convenience and responded kindly.

I chose to take the bus, which was fairly convenient with about a 10 minute walk. The problem was that the address on Google maps took me to the wrong block and put me in the middle of a condemned apartment complex. That was completely empty and dark and full of trash. I had passed a police station, and it was getting dark, so I went back and asked the police for help and they actually put me in their car and drove me to the proper location and helped me find the apartment. The problem might be Google maps or it might be the address,it was unclear. If you can take a taxi on your way there, I think it will be more successful and Google maps is not perfect in Korea so that could've been the problem as well.

I went with 5 women, and it was nice that there were amenities nearby, and the surroundings weren't noisy, and it was nice to be able to buy simple food or milk kits and simply cook and eat. I couldn't use the terrace because it was hot in the summer, but I had fun in the room: -)

I was a little worried because it was my first time going to a guesthouse, but when I arrived, I wasn't worried at all. The space was really tidy, and the bedding was fluffy and clean, so I was very satisfied. The communication with the host was really smooth, and they took care of any inconveniences first, so I was able to stay more comfortably. At first, I booked a shared room, but I was thankful that you were lucky enough to upgrade to a single room. The bed was also queen-sized, so I was able to sleep very generously and comfortably. The accommodation was very spacious and nice. The furniture and artworks were arranged sensually, so it was a pleasant experience for the eyes ^^ I was able to greet a pleasant morning thanks to the view of the forest beyond the wide window.

The accommodation is large and has a very nice view of the city. It is 20 mins from Myeongdong and other shopping/outlet places. The neighborhood must also be discovered. It lights up at night and the streets are BEAUTIFUL. What can I say about James? He is super responsive, answering all questions quickly. Thanks again for everything ♥️✨

I had difficultly finding the place but Jenna was very responsible and helpful! There's a GS25 nearby. It's a quiet neighborhood. I think it was a 8-12mins walk to bus stops. It was pretty convenient for me to go the fortress and the folk village. Her parents are really nice and friendly! So welcoming! And ofcourse, koko is so cute! Overall, it was a good stay. Very cozy and comforting! Thanks alot!

4 days and 3 nights with my daughter ~ ~ I usually see it in the photos. I'm often disappointed. It was a really pretty and peaceful place. I'm a bit of a defect. I also took a towel and a thin blanket. Bedding, pillows, etc. There are signs of washing. It was the best because I was able to sleep with peace of mind. Especially in the small garden in front and turning on at night The twinkle neon is beautiful. Bedroom and living room and kitchen The layout is a room size that is neither small nor large. It's arranged in a stable structure I rested calmly before heading out. Especially, the evening is so quiet I can also hear frogs. They both healed before heading out. Thrive and I'll come again ~ ^ ^ Thank you♡♡

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful stylish treasure of an Air B N B. The place itself is stunning-so much thought has gone into the design. Everywhere you look there is something beautiful and it is very functional with all you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent: you are in the middle of really cool cafes, design shops and restaurants and can walk to Gyeongbokgung Palace and the beautiful surrounds area with some excellent museums in about 15 minutes. It is very near the metro too (about 12 minutes) so very easy to access other parts of the city. Christina was the perfect host. So warm and patient with my many questions. She left us sweet treats which was such a nice welcome on arrival and gave us an excellent list of recommendations. A five star stay in every way! I would not stay anywhere else in Seoul now and really hope we can return. Oh, despite its central location its very quiet. Honestly, this is a special place that you don't want to miss.

Very clean, attractive hanok for an authentic Korean experience. Host is very helpful and included several local recommendations. Do know that two of the three bedrooms have traditional Korean floor bedding. It should be fine for most folks, but people with back issues should be aware. The neighborhood is charming and close to the subway system. Several sights are within walking distance. The hanok was comfortable and fairly priced. My family and I would stay again. Thank you!

We really loved our stay here; felt homey, place was clean and had a lovely rooftop patio to chill. All amenities which were mentioned were provided. Bathroom was a little small as mentioned in the description and ceilings were low as it’s an attic but we made it work and wasn’t too much of an issue. The hosts were also very responsive if we needed any help. It was a more quiet neighborhood which suits more to our liking. Subway and bus stops are just minutes walk away, convenient to get around. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and glad we chose this place for our few days in Seoul :)

We had a fantastic stay at this hanok in Bukchon. It was clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was perfect — easy to walk to local attractions but still quiet at night. The Aircon was great, and everything worked smoothly. A great mix of traditional experience with modern comfort. Would definitely stay again.

The kitchen and bedroom were separate, and there were two bathrooms, so it was nice to shorten the preparation time! I had a lot of things to contact you, but I was grateful for your quick response and kindness!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as pictured in the photos. The hosts are also super responsive to messages and questions. The neighbourhood ended up being one of our favourites in Seoul with so many great bars, cafes, and restaurants to choose from. We would absolutely recommend this place to friends or family that are visiting Seoul!

The place was very comfortable and exactly as described. It’s conveniently located near the Yeonnam-dong, Hongdae shopping area and the station, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. All in all, a great stay—highly recommended!

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the friendliness of the host. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it was a bit of a pity that there were places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and there is a slight inconvenience to walk around.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
