This is a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line, 85 square meters, and a 2-story detached house for rent. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the 1st floor, and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is a parking lot next to the house and a smoking area in the backyard. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. A guesthouse with the coolest bar counter store. All spaces are reserved. A 2-minute walk from the station, next to FamilyMart. Have a drink at the cafe with a sofa and a double bed. You can enjoy movies, Netflix, youtube and music by connecting it to a PC with a projector and an HDMI cable. A large TV and beaded cushions for a stylish dining room with a kitchen and a relaxing living room. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. There is also a gas fan heater, so it is warm in winter.
