I had a very comfortable stay.It is a very beautiful room.

The house is very clean and comfortable. New and nicely decorated. We feel at home the moment we step into the house. Hana is very responsive which I really appreciate. Location is near to otaru history museum. The surroundings are very quiet, which some people like and some people don’t. 7eleven is a short walk away. Only drawback is there is no free carpark and have to park at the paid carpark nearby. However I do think this is common if you are staying in house in otaru. I stay in the other house in otaru also has no free parking.

We stayed twenty days in this lovely blue house in January to enjoy winter. The location is 40 min from Kiroro resort and 1 h from Niseko so it made a great base camp for snowboarding. Otaru is an interesting city with fun neighborhoods to visit and enjoy. The neighborhood of the house is calm and neighbors are really helpful with removing the snow every morning so we could get the car out. It took us a few days to get used to setting up the right temperature in the house as it is poorly isolated but with all the gas stoves and ACs we made it work. It stays very cold in the entrance and toilets but again we got used to it. Having the bathroom in the kitchen was not very convenient but it is arranged so we can make it work. Overall a fun and original experience.

I stayed to go to Kiroro Ski Resort. It was fun.

I stayed for 4 nights in total. The location of the villa is very good. The room is very nice. There is also a very friendly landlord. The information is replied in a timely manner, communication is smooth, and check-in is convenient. The first floor is the open living room and dining room, which makes the living very comfortable. The washing machine has a full drying function. You can wear it directly when you take your clothes out. LeTAO can also be heard at the exact bell of LeTAO every morning, as well as the sound of the whistle music from the Otaru Yardo box. The cafes arranged for breakfast were great, the host couple were very welcoming, the fish roasted for breakfast for three days were different, and the host explained the instructions one by one. Close to Sakaimacho to the store street, shopping and dining are particularly convenient, the era house nearby is managed by an old grandmother, and the meal is very good value for money. The only thing that is a bit unfortunate is that the bedroom on the second floor does not have air, the temperature in Otaru is relatively high for two days, and the bedroom is a bit hot.

We were group of 6 when we visited Otaru. It was unfortunate we only got to stay for a night. The place was new and everything inside it as well. The room upstairs was enough for 4 of our group and the remaining 2 used the sofa bed. We requested for an additional bed sheets for the sofabed and they have provided it when we arrived. The host is responsive to inquiries and very helpful. Check-in and check-out was a breeze I personally loved the toilet which is very clean and new. We also loved the location since it is near 7-11 and Seico Mart. The property is very new and pleasant. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next Otaru visit. It takes about 8-10 minutes on foot from Minami Otaru Station. It is located in a residential area, so it is quiet and the scenery of Japan's elegant village is peaceful. It is not very close to Otaru tourist area and train station, but it is not difficult to walk. There were three people staying, and it was so spacious and comfortable. It can accommodate up to 10 people, but 6-7 people seem to be the most pleasant. I think I was too good at staying in Otaru, which is more leisurely than the hustle and bustle of Sapporo. It is well-equipped with necessary towels, dryers, etc. The bathroom is clean and comfortable to use.

First day of GW. Take a stroll through Maruyama Park, where cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and source ingredients at Aeon Yoichi store. Fresh seafood and meat, as well as vegetables, as well as a wine corner of Nikka Whiskey and local winery wines, are well-stocked. After shopping, you'll check into a house with a view of Cape Silipa. When you arrive, you will be greeted by the smiling owner and will politely guide you inside. The next day, head to the Fisheries Museum, which houses many valuable exhibits, is a 3-minute drive away. You can get a glimpse of Yoichi's history, such as the Jomon period, the history of apples, and the herring fishing exhibition. It is also a 15-minute drive to Niki Mushroom Kingdom, and you can also buy snacks and food in a short time. I felt that access to the city was very good, about 3-5 minutes by car. The barbecue was the main one, so I didn't use it this time, but I think Yoichi is attractive because there are many delicious restaurants nearby. On the last day, I went to Shakotan and enjoyed Shakutan Blue from Cape Shiwei, and arrived home. There will be fruit picking season, such as cherries and grapes, so we would like to use it again.

There are a lot of kitchen utensils, suitable for cooking, The environment is open, and the neighborhood is full of houses. Very quiet The owner will pick you up and drop you off at the station. Very thoughtful

Walking distance from Otaru Station, you can buy ingredients at nearby Don Quijote, and you can cook and eat in your room! There were cooking utensils, dishes, etc., but there were no condiments, so it's a good idea to buy them when cooking! The bed was spacious, and I was able to sleep in the Japanese-style room with futons, so I was relieved to have children.

We enjoyed our stay at Yuki’s place in Otaru. It was very comfortable for our family of four. We appreciated being able to park at the property ahead of check-in. Lots to do and eat within walking distance.

Loved Yamusa’s place. Spacious, comfortable and clean for a group of 5. It’s very close to the main shopping street of Otaru. The only downside is there’s a short steep slope that is tough on elderly. Otherwise all was perfect

We enjoyed our stay in this cosy apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea. There was excellent sunlight and airflow through the apartment. It is very near the main shopping street of Otaru, but still quiet as the apartment is tucked away up a hill. The neighbours upstairs were a little noisy at times, but were ok after 10pm. The assigned parking lot is a little far but you can drop off your luggages first. It's a good apartment to explore Otaru from. Thanks for the lovely stay, Yumi!

I had a very comfortable stay. We were grateful for the daily necessities.The view from the top of the hill was also lovely.There was also a local sushi restaurant and izakaya within a short walk, and we had a good time.The bed was also comfortable.

It's a clean and modern house. The bed was big in a room with two beds, so it was okay except for the part where there was no space for luggage. The bed was also comfortable. However, the room was a little cold. It's a great value.

This was our first time visiting Otaru, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station and an easy stroll to the main streets of Otaru. Every morning, we could hear the sound of the steam clock and music in the distance, which made the atmosphere feel so peaceful and beautiful. It’s also very close to convenience stores and everything else we needed. We really loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

we had a pleasant time staying here! it's close to the station, konbini, and tourist spots in otaru like otaru music box museum, otaru canal, letao, and many more! they are all walkable from the apartment. the place is quite spacious for the 7 of us. it's also very clean. would love to stay here again next time we go to otaru!

Near Minami Otaru Station, everything matches the description. But one thing I didn’t know—the room door is more like a partition, not a real door.

I let them both use it. It is one stop to Otaru Station, and the Rotao Honten and Music Box Museum are within walking distance, making it easy to sightsee. There is a Seicomart on the way from the station, which is convenient. The room was tidy and clean, but the lighting in the room seemed dark. The amenities are perfectly stocked, and I think it is very convenient to have a microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.

The city and accessibility were good, and I was thankful for using it conveniently.

I liked that the bedding was clean, the location was close to the main street, and I liked that I could see the canal from the veranda, and the host was kind.
