とても快適に過ごしました。大変綺麗なお部屋です。

The house is very clean and comfortable. New and nicely decorated. We feel at home the moment we step into the house. Hana is very responsive which I really appreciate. Location is near to otaru history museum. The surroundings are very quiet, which some people like and some people don’t. 7eleven is a short walk away. Only drawback is there is no free carpark and have to park at the paid carpark nearby. However I do think this is common if you are staying in house in otaru. I stay in the other house in otaru also has no free parking.

一共住了4晚，别墅位置很好，房间很棒，还有非常友好的房东，信息回复及时，沟通顺畅，入住便捷。 一楼是开阔的客厅和餐厅，让居住变得非常舒服，洗衣机带充分烘干功能，衣服拿出来就直接能穿。 每天早晨还可以听到LeTAO的准点铃声，还有小樽八音盒本馆大钟的汽笛音乐声。 早餐安排的咖啡馆很棒，店主夫妇很热情，三天早餐烤的鱼都不一样，男主人还一一介绍说明。 靠近堺町通商店街，购物用餐特别方便，附近时代屋由一位老奶奶打理，用餐的性价比很高。 唯一有点遗憾的是二楼卧室没有空调，有两天小樽气温比较高，卧室有点热。

We were group of 6 when we visited Otaru. It was unfortunate we only got to stay for a night. The place was new and everything inside it as well. The room upstairs was enough for 4 of our group and the remaining 2 used the sofa bed. We requested for an additional bed sheets for the sofabed and they have provided it when we arrived. The host is responsive to inquiries and very helpful. Check-in and check-out was a breeze I personally loved the toilet which is very clean and new. We also loved the location since it is near 7-11 and Seico Mart. The property is very new and pleasant. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next Otaru visit. 미나미오타루역에서 도보로 약8분~10분 정도 걸림. 주택가에 위치하여 조용하고 일본의 단아한 마을풍경이 평화로움. 오타루 관광지역과 기차역까지 아주 가깝지는 않지만 도보로 이동하기 어렵지 않음. 세 명이 숙박했는데 너무 넓어 편했음. 10명까지도 숙박할 수 있으나, 6~7명 정도가 가장 쾌적한 인원인 것 같음. 번잡한 삿포로보다 한가한 오타루에서 숙박하기를 너무 잘 한 것 같음. 필요한 수건이나 드라이기 등 잘 갖추어져 있음. 욕실도 깨끗하고 이용하기 편안함.

GW初日。 桜が満開の円山公園を散策し、イオン余市店で食材の調達。 新鮮な魚介や肉類に野菜はもちろん、ニッカウイスキーのコーナーや地元のワイナリーのワインがずらりと並んだワインコーナーは目移りしてしまうほどの品揃え。 買い出しを済ませてからシリパ岬を望む一軒家にチェックイン。 到着すると、笑顔のオーナーさんが出迎えてくださり、丁寧に中をご案内いただく。 ウエルカムメッセージとともにお茶やお茶請けがテーブルに用意されていて、気遣いに心が温まる。 綺麗なキッチンやたくさんの食器類、広々としたリビングやダイニング、アンティークな内装のベッドルーム。 バスルームには入浴剤やアメニティがたくさん用意されており、さらに随所に飾られたた小物などの装飾品が目を楽しませてくれた。 家の裏には海を一望できるバーベキューコーナーがあり、焚き火台もご用意いただき、早めの夕食ではゆったりとした時間が流れ、家族や友人と贅沢な時間を過ごすことができた。 翌日は車で3分のところにある貴重な展示品が数多く収蔵された水産博物館へ。 縄文時代やりんごの歴史、ニシン漁に関する展示など余市の歴史を垣間見ることができる また仁木きのこ王国へも車で15分と、軽食や食料の調達も短時間で行うことができる 街中へも車で3〜5分程度とアクセスも非常に良いと感じた。 BBQがメインだったため今回は利用していないが、近隣に美味しい食事の店が多いのも余市の魅力だと思う。 最終日は積丹まで足を延ばし神威岬から積丹ブルーを堪能し帰路に着いた。 これからさくらんぼやブドウなど果物狩りの季節がくるので、また利用させていただきたいと思います。

The house is absolutely stunning, with a stylish design that’s exactly my taste. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was a fantastic touch, perfect for relaxing. The most convenient feature was the parking right at the doorstep, which was a lifesaver during a few rainy evenings, allowing me to get inside quickly. The location is ideal, with nearby attractions just a short walk away. Additionally, the host was incredibly responsive, answering my questions promptly and efficiently—truly commendable. My only small suggestion would be to add some hooks near the entrance for hanging coats, which would make things even more convenient. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it!

小樽駅からも歩いて行ける距離で近くのドンキホーテで食材も購入でき、お部屋で調理して食べることができた！ 調理器具やお皿などはあったが調味料は何もないので調理する際は購入してきた方がいいです！ ベッドは広く、和室にもお布団ひけて寝れたので子連れでも安心でした。

We enjoyed our stay at Yuki’s place in Otaru. It was very comfortable for our family of four. We appreciated being able to park at the property ahead of check-in. Lots to do and eat within walking distance.

1층이라 소음이 조금 걱정이었는데 동네가 너무 조용해서 아무 문제 없었음

Loved Yamusa’s place. Spacious, comfortable and clean for a group of 5. It’s very close to the main shopping street of Otaru. The only downside is there’s a short steep slope that is tough on elderly. Otherwise all was perfect

We enjoyed our stay in this cosy apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea. There was excellent sunlight and airflow through the apartment. It is very near the main shopping street of Otaru, but still quiet as the apartment is tucked away up a hill. The neighbours upstairs were a little noisy at times, but were ok after 10pm. The assigned parking lot is a little far but you can drop off your luggages first. It's a good apartment to explore Otaru from. Thanks for the lovely stay, Yumi!

位置十分方便！步行5分鐘可以到達小樽商店街但是路十分斜如果雪地步行可能會比較吃力還好我們是自駕遊及沒有下雪！房東亦很好詢問我們有沒有垃圾需要幫忙處理！民宿亦可以望到海感覺非常好！

깨끗하고 모던한 집이에요. 침대 두개가 있는 방에 침대가 커서 짐 놓을 공간이 없는 부분만 빼면 괜찮았습니다. 침대도 편했어요. 다만, 방은 살짝 추웠습니다. 가성비로 완전 좋아요.

This was our first time visiting Otaru, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station and an easy stroll to the main streets of Otaru. Every morning, we could hear the sound of the steam clock and music in the distance, which made the atmosphere feel so peaceful and beautiful. It’s also very close to convenience stores and everything else we needed. We really loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

we had a pleasant time staying here! it's close to the station, konbini, and tourist spots in otaru like otaru music box museum, otaru canal, letao, and many more! they are all walkable from the apartment. the place is quite spacious for the 7 of us. it's also very clean. would love to stay here again next time we go to otaru!

Near Minami Otaru Station, everything matches the description. But one thing I didn’t know—the room door is more like a partition, not a real door.

2人で利用させていただきました。 小樽駅まで一駅でルタオ本店とオルゴール堂が歩いていける距離にあり、観光もしやすいと思います。 駅からの道中にセイコーマートがあり便利です。 部屋は整理されており清潔感がありましたが、部屋の照明が暗い気がしました。 アメニティ類は完璧に揃っており、電子レンジやトースター、コーヒーマシンまでありとても便利だと思います。

시내와 접근성도 좋고 편리하게 사용하고 고마웠습니다

침구가 청결해서 좋았고 위치도 메인거리에서 가까워 좋고 베란다에서 운하도 보이고 호스트도 친절해서 좋았어요
