Beachfront holiday rentals in Yomitan, Nakagami District

What a lovely little weekday getaway this place was. We live locally but not right next to the beach and having the beach right in front of the house is exactly what we got. There is a lovely walk along the beach and if the weather good, a safe place to swim in the sea. The home itself is comfortable and the best part was the large wooden deck which made sitting outside comfortable as it’s shaded from the strong sunshine. Julian was friendly and quick to respond if we needed to ask him something. The location is close enough to walk to a convenience store to pick up what you need should you forget to buy what you need before you come. Lovely stay overall.

wonderful and friendly hosts with clear instructions on how to access the property, generous with their time and emotional energy. they sent extra photos showing how to park which was invaluable! they left a little gift basket of cookies to nibble on which my wife loved. they also recommended a yomitan cafe and it was fantastic. mimi would occasionally check in that we were having a good time and we always were! reminded me of staying with a nice aunt :) you cannot beat the location, as you walk down stairs and onto the sand of the beach. it feels more wild, quiet and lived in than a hyper-western and expensive resort, which was exactly what we wanted--a local beachy experience. go swimming at high tide within the reef and you will see lots of grazing parrotfish and butterflyfish--please be respectful to the local wildlife, the coral, and hakas! eddie and mimi have a bin of gear you are free to use, although i brought my own prescription goggles which let me see the fish even better.

My family loved our time here! Loved the seawall walks in the morning, close to everything we wanted to do. Sharon was extremely nice and checked every few days to ensure everything was ok. I would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway vacation house. 10 minutes away from grocery store. 15 minutes away from Kauri island. We were 9 total with pets which they had everything needed for dogs during the stay, even the little dog park they had was outstanding. They had complete amenities and also a water dispenser. Would recommend this place.

What my family and I like about this place is that it’s clean and check in was super easy. The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful. We rented a car so it’s very convenient for us to drive around the area. The instructions and recommendations given by the Host were very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

No need to walk, the beach is in front of you, and the pool is like a beautiful picture of the sea.Need to drive to get there as the neighborhood is a bit more secluded.There are large supermarkets with longer opening hours and convenient stores nearby.Good for a place to stay while visiting north central Okinawa because it is so beautiful to recommend.

The location of the house is very easy to look for, drive caution at night because there are fewer street lights. The house was very clean, comfortable and at a very reasonable price. However, since there is no living room on the 1F level, it is not suitable for elderly people with bad feet. Overall a full score👍

Beautiful property if you want to stay near Cape Maeda and prioritise snorkelling, scuba diving, beaches, and/or hiking. It was definitely far from a lot of restaurants and bars, and we had planned on using my IDP to rent a car but unforeseen circumstances made it impossible. However, I think we enjoyed the location and some time to unwind after travelling throughout Japan for the previous 2 weeks.

Amazing villa with the breathtaking view. We had very high expectations and they were fully fulfilled. Excellent service, the most helpful staff ever. Villa fully equipped, all the amenities that anyone may need were there. Kitchen as well, ready to use. Area is also pretty good, there are restaurants around within 5 minutes of walk however I advice to rent a car to get there and to move around as all the nearby attractions are not in a walking distance (at least for us). Overall an exceptional experience!

The first time I came to Okinawa, I stayed in a great place!As soon as I entered the house, I was amazed by the sea view in front of me. The house is very clean and better than the photos!It's also very comfortable to sleep on the tatami!The beach opposite is very quiet and not crowded!The Italian restaurant next door is also a good choice!There are also small shops at the intersection!Hope to come back to this beautiful place next time!We 🥰🥰🥰also thank the managers for their help!

The public space is large and comfortable, the bath water is strong, but the room has a damp smell, overall I like it very much

Me and my family stayed at Katy's place for 4 nights and it comfortably housed all of us. The living areas were clean and tidy and Katy was very responsive during our stay. Would recommend to anyone staying in Okinawa!

I just wanted to say that. The sunrise from the balcony, the moon, and the sea are wonderful✨ 6 people can use 3 rooms I appreciate the washer and dryer. They also politely answered my questions.😊 I look forward to staying here again🩷
