Loft holiday rentals in Yonghe District

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive—when I had an issue with the shower head tube, he quickly bought a new one, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The location is also a big plus, just a short walk to Ximending MRT, making it super convenient to get around. While the building itself is older, the moment I stepped inside, it had a cozy, home-like feel. Overall, a great stay, and I’d definitely come back!

This is my second stay at Paul’s Airbnb. Aside from everything I mentioned in my first review (September 2020), I will say that Paul’s cancellation policy is incredibly flexible (as of this writing). With my flights being cancelled/rescheduled a few times due to the pandemic, this flexibility was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Appartement très bien situé à 5 min du métro, dans un quartier animé. Facile à trouver et super réaction de l’hôte. Appartement manque un petit peu de rangement pour 3 personnes (aucune garde robe). Et petit bémol, le nettoyage avait été fais de façon superficiel, de la poussière en haut des meubles, et le rideau de douche était taché de noir.

We had a great stay at this unit. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The location is amazing, super close to MRT exit 2 and the 101 area with lots to do, only a few stops from everything else in the city as the redline has so many available transfer stops. The space is great, has a big kitchen for cooking if you want, we did not. The bathroom is on the smaller side but that was no issue for us. The bed is soft and comfy one of the comfier beds we have had in awhile since traveling. Wifi is good unless storming outside but that is normal anywhere. The open space and desk is nice to have and the tv is good size. The host is super friendly and fast to reply if you have Line messaging app they will help if needed. Keys are given in person which is a nice touch and to be shown the apt in person is great. We highly recommend staying here or in one of their other places as they are great to work with while staying and one of the more friendly host we have had in past years.

The apartment was exactly as described — spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The location in Ximen was ideal: lively, central, and convenient for exploring Taipei. Communication with the host was excellent — super responsive, with clear instructions and thoughtful touches throughout. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

我們的旅程4成人，2小童（3y)(9y)，剛到埗房東會在樓下迎接，房東一直很幫手，回覆非常快速，亦非常有禮貌和親切！ 住屋環境寬敞，乾淨整潔，日常生活所需的用品也很齊全，很有家的感覺！ 三個房間，兩個浴室，適合一家大細入住！ 民宿附近亦有超級市場和便利店（步行約1至2分鐘），民宿離西門町亦很近！ 真心推介！

Had a great experience staying here! It’s enough space for 1, might be slightly cramped for two if there are two international luggages. Location is good, and it’s quiet.

Coco was a great host. She was always super quick answering any messages. Her son welcomed us personally to show us around and explained everything. Coco left us towels, tea, coffee and also water bottles. The apartment had everything we needed for our week stay, small kitchen and a washing machine with integrated dryer. It is located on the 15th floor right above an MRT station and a shopping center. It was super easy to get around in Taipei. Can absolutely recommend Coco and get place

業主人很nice，房子位置很好，附近有大型的超市非常方便，步行西門町大概是五6分鐘的時間，屋子也很干淨

Visited Taiwan for the first time and Eric was so responsive throughout my whole trip and kept checking up on us. The stay was cozy and would definitely book again!

Responsive and friendly host. The place is spacious and comfortable with sufficient daily necessities provided. The shower is a bit weak (but usable), everything else is good. There are a few steps of stairs after entering the main gate before reaching the elevator, beware of that if it may be an issue. There are also convenient stores downstairs as well as a good variety of shops and restaurants nearby, it was overall a pleasant stay.

David is an A+ host. Will definitely stay here again when I travel to Taipei

We really enjoyed our stay at David's place. It's a little smaller than it looks in the photos but we found it to be enough space for 2 people for 2.5 months. He was very nice and responded really quickly whenever we asked him questions, and was always willing to help out!

Landlord was super nice and flexible, I arrived one day early and he already prepared the room for me. The place is good and clean, and also provided enough household goods for the period of time I had to stay there!

I had a lovely stay in Taipei! The apartment is clean and perfectly located in Ximen, close to Red House and all the main stations. The host was always available and very kind and flexible. 100% recommend! 😊

短租兩個月，物件價格非常好，位置便利，四周環境好，離捷運站很近搭高鐵或是去台北都方便，入住資訊齊全，非常好的選擇！感謝提供出租

A very good place to stay

We had a wonderful experience staying at David’s place. Everything was just as described and David always responded immediately whenever we had any questions. In addition, the apartment had a washer/dryer combo and Wi-Fi which we found very convenient. The apartment was located near the Guting station which made transportation going around the city very easy. The only thing to note was that the loft’s upper floor had a very low ceiling in some parts. This did not bother us, but it may be inconvenient to some taller guests. We would absolutely stay at David’s place again the next time we are in Taipei.
