Holiday rentals with a patio in Yonghe District

Spacious and comfortable top floor unit, with large windows and outdoor space. Easy access to public transportation (between Taipower Building and Gongguan MRT stops on Green Line), good food, and convenience markets. Clean and modern unit as described in photos, although showing some wear, and kitchen not as well-equipped as other places we’ve stayed. Joy met us for check in, and she and Edward (co-hosts) were helpful and responded quickly to our requests and inquiries. As others have mentioned, there was loud construction (major) across the street during our stay in mid-May, but we are early risers and out during much of the day, so it did not bother us as much as it could for others. Overall, we enjoyed the overall comfort and convenience provided by the apartment.

Good stay and easy to access , great location and near to Taipei 101, lots to shop , the downstairs chicken bombers stall selling fantastic chicken meals !! The unit is cosy and quiet , provide relax and home feel place during our two days stay !!

We had a great 5 night stay at Andrew's apartment. The apartment itself is very stylish and nicely renovated. It is very large in size and we really enjoyed having so much natural light from the big open windows. The jacuzzi tub was also a highlight. If you're coming to Taipei for the first time, this neighborhood isn't very convenient though. There are no metro stops anywhere near the apartment and most of the major places to visit in Taipei are far away. Obviously this is not at any fault to Andrew. Also, compared to other Airbnb's we've stayed in that feel more like an apartment rental, this one is more like renting a few nights in a friends place where their stuff is everywhere and it isn't as setup for guests comfort in the way other Airbnbs are. But we really loved our time here and still highly recommend a stay if you have the chance.

Michelle's place is located in a great neighborhood, close to MRT, and tons of shops on Yongkang Street. Her apartment is also really cool. She has lots of cool books and it's all decorated nicely. I enjoyed our passing chats in the common areas when she was around. She's very friendly and fun to talk to. The desk in the room was a bit tall, so I ended up using the dining table most of the time. Highly recommend (:

Really loved the building the amenities were a big plus. The rooftop pool had an amazing view of the city, perfect spot to unwind. Gym was nice also, the apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back for the pool alone

Příjemné útulné i když malinké ubytování, plně dostačující a ve všech ohledech vyhovovalo. Zdi v domě jsou tenké, tak je slyšet zvuky z okolí, ale není to velký problém. Je to v Taipei tak běžné. Nejlepší je lokalita. V půlce cesty mezi dvěma MRT stanicemi v docházkové vzdálenosti je skvělé místo. Ráda se vrátím.

Nice cozy place. Clean and well equipped with everything you need. Supermarket nearby. I wish both links apple and google show you the wrong or none location. And please get a new mattress, the one i had, i felt every metal feather.

We had so much fun in the house, and Sam was very responsive in everything we asked. Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious three-storey villa, located just under a 12-minute drive from Jiaoxi town centre. We rented a car to get around, but getting an Uber was also easy and convenient. The place has ample parking for multiple cars if needed. The villa was clean, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for entertainment — from a karaoke system, mahjong table, pool table, and piano, to a gaming console, an outdoor pool, and a sheltered barbecue area. We travelled as an extended family, including children and babies, and everyone absolutely loved the place and had a fantastic time. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

8명 친구들과 여행하며 묵은 숙소입니다. 독특한 내부 인테리어가 인상 깊습니다. 정돈은 잘 되어있는 편이고 소가전들도 잘 갖춰져 있는 편입니다. 위치는 지하철 역에서 가까워서 이동하기 편리했고 주변이 조용하여 좋았습니다. 즐겁게 놀고 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 아쉬운 점도 있는데, 노출 콘크리트 벽과 천장, 우드 가벽과 같은 마감재들이 사람이 생활하는 집 보다는 촬영용 스튜디오 같은 느낌을 줍니다. 주방 벽도 노출 콘크리트라 돌가루 같은게 떨어집니다. 식사 준비 하기엔 좋은 환경은 아니었어요. 화장실 벽도 우드에 페인트칠 되어있는데 곰팡이가 피어있습니다. 가뜩이나 습한 대만에서 물을 쓰는 공간의 벽이 타일이 아닌 것이 잘 이해가 되지 않네요. 독특한 인테리어 구조는 딱 도면과 사진에서만 아름답습니다. 여러모로 건축물 자체로만 봤을 땐 완성도가 아쉬움이 많이 남습니다. 호스트의 서비스는 매우 좋았고, 소통도 잘 되어서 그 점은 매우 좋았습니다. 캐주얼한 숙소를 찾는다면 추천하지만 잘 지어진, 생활하기 좋은 숙소로는 그다지 추천하지 않습니다. 그래도 감사했습니다! 이 피드백으로 더 좋은 숙소가 되길 기원합니다.

初めての海外ひとり旅でAirbnbを利用し、5泊させていただきました。 人生で初めてのセルフチェックインだったため戸惑うこともありましたが、ホストさんに相談するとすぐに丁寧な返信をいただけたので、Airbnb初心者の方でも安心して利用できると思います。 入眠中に他のゲストさんが帰宅される際、ドアの施錠音が少し気になることはありましたが、それ以外は部屋でゆっくりと休息をとることができました。 また台湾に旅行する際は、ぜひまた利用したいと思います！

OUr Family stayed for 4nights, the location exceeds what we have expected. the accessibility to the train station, 7/11, mall shops, family mart, foodcourts, bus stops is all in one place. it made our trip and transfer from one place to another more convenient since its all CONNECTED and easy transportation, considering were first timers in Taipei, it made us appreciated the transportation and accessibility to temporary residence. kudos to the effort of this Airbnb owner. five stars *****
