Me and my friends had a wonderful vacation in Wells! The condo was even closer to the beach than listed online (it took us about one minute to walk to the shore from there), and there were lots of lovely restaurants nearby as well. The home was clean and comfortable, and our hosts were responsive and welcoming. We appreciate them opening their home to us and would recommend this place to future travelers :)

Todd's AirBnB was exactly as described. The kitchen and bath were updated and beautiful. It had the hominess of wood beams and brick. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants.

Such a lovely stay! The view of the beach was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to local stores and great restaurants. The space was very clean, cozy, and ideal for a mix of relaxing and fun weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

Deborah was very helpful and quick to respond. She had great suggestions on where and what to visit. The travel magazines she had on her TV stand were extremely helpful. The bed was very soft, which I love, so I slept really well. We loved the touch of having beach chairs available. The only downsides I can think of, are that the shower is very small, and it’s hard to back out of the parking space.

The place was awesome, lots of space, and in walking distance to town which was a huge plus! Our group throughly enjoyed our stay and the k-cups for the Keurig was a nice touch & much appreciated. We loved making coffees in the morning, it was so convenient. Zac was extremely responsive and super helpful and even sent restaurant recommendations! Would stay again!

I went with a couple of friends for a relaxing weekend in the fall. It was lovely to have the beach so close by! We took a short day trip to Ogunquit where there was quite a bit of activity; lots of shops and restaurants to check out. Coming back to Melissa's place was cozy and relaxing. Since this was off-season, it is pretty quiet in the area. I felt more comfortable taking a stroll to the beach in the evening with a friend but would be hesitant to go alone. Despite that, we got the weekend we wanted: peace, relaxation, the ocean, things to do nearby, and a place to stay that was quiet, cozy, and clean. Thank you Melissa!

Perfect little place for a weekend away near Portland!

Was the perfect place for a little mental retreat, was exactly the place I needed to be to clear my head and escape reality for the week I spent there. The host Amie was so helpful with questions about the area and able to give recommendations on local restaurants and parking for visitors. All in all I had an amazing time here and will definitely be booking again.

This home was just perfect for a few days of R&R for my sister and me. The apartment is perfectly appointed with everything needed for a relaxing and easy stay. Kudos to the designer - the space was the perfect blend of a lovely aesthetic and function. I will certainly be remembering this little gem for the next time I'm in Portland!

An absolute beautiful home…. We loved it so much we extended our stay!

The condo was perfect! Very clean, neat, cute decor. I loved the box of dog supplies that the host left. The condo was also in a GREAT area, walkable to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, stores. The host, Jason was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return to Portland and stay in this condo again.

James and Jeni were excellent hosts. James or Jeni got back to me quickly if I had a question and often checked in to see if we needed anything. The apartment was spacious, super clean and cozy. The furniture and beds were new and comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. We loved being on a quiet street and just a quick walk to the town. We will definitely come back.

Nick and Kyla’s place was wonderful. It was perfect for our group. It looked exactly like the photos, and it was very clean. The location was perfect for getting around the Portland area with many things right in walking distance. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive, and their instructions were clear. I would definitely recommend staying with them to others.

Amazing apartment at a great location! Lots of character and the newly renovated kitchen was a plus. Very quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax. We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Great location -- perfect for a "work away from home" week or an autumn visit -- hosts four adults super comfortably, location is great. Third year in a row and we always come back to here!

We love the location since it affords us quick access to the beach as well as other areas we have stayed over the years. Brianna is a super host and communicates well with us throughout the whole experience. We certainly will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tara's place. It was clean and nice location to the beach. She was also very accommodating with an early check in time in order for us to get ready for a wedding.

This was a great find and enjoyed our 3 week there - We got to meet a few neighbors, and they were very nice as well - Very close to restaurants and Wells Beach - WIFI worked great as I work from home and the tip about leaving the second car at the Wells Transportation Center helped a lot ! Danielle was great with communication and rules - We would stay here again

Lovely cottage with EVERYTHING you need (e.g, kitchen & bath items are very well stocked with many options - condiments, coffee/tea, hair dryer, towels, health & beauty products - you name it!)! The location is close to lovely attractions and eateries. We visited Lobster Pt. Lighthouse and took a cliff walk - beautiful views! Ogunquit beach is also close by. Highly recommend Hobbs Harborside Restaurant - great seafood! Diane was a very accommodating and responsive host! It was the perfect location for our weekend getaway.
