The house was wonderful. David stayed in touch throughout the stay—even though I wasn’t the best at communicating, we had no issues and no real need to reach out. We arrived at 3:30 in the morning (thanks to some flight chaos) and had no trouble getting in. Everything was set up perfectly, and we were able to head straight to bed. The space is beautiful and truly right on the water. Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves was such a peaceful bonus—the exact kind of experience you hope for with a beachfront property. The walls between the two units are a bit thin. We could clearly hear the family next door and assumed they could hear us too—especially since, as a group of old childhood friends, we did a lot of reminiscing and laughing. We did feel a little bad about that. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a dreamy location—and I’d go back in a heartbeat!

My husband, toddler and I stayed here and had a great time! We loved sitting on the roof deck and the living room has an amazing view of the water. We walked almost everywhere, which was so nice. Overall great location! Would recommend to anyone!

My stay here was fantastic! You truly cannot beat this location. It's perfectly situated with easy walking access to local shops, restaurants, and scenic spots. Parking is right outside, so exploring other nearby towns is a breeze, too. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Jean is a cordial, friendly on site owner manager who takes great pride in her accommodations. No detail is too small to get her attention. Our unit was crisp, clean and delightfully appointed. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and delightful accommodations.

Wonderful location! Walkable to many eateries. The place was clean and well equipped- nice modern esthetic. We had a great time!

Ian was great to communicate with! The unit had everything we needed and was exactly as depicted in the photographs. It had a beautiful view being right on the river! We would definitely stay again!

Kevin’s place was exactly what we needed for our two family trip to Portland! We had just enough space for the six of us and we could walk to nearby places to eat, shop and more. Easy to drive a little further out for more attractions! Everything was as described and we appreciated knowing ahead what to expect. Kevin was quick to respond to any questions we had and I’m confident he would have been responsive to any difficulties if we’d had them! We would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot downtown.

Every year we pick a place on the lake between Mother's and Father's day to celebrate over a weekend. We love to kayak and visit the local eateries while relaxing in nature. This year we were fortunate enough to find Katherine's home in Acton, ME for Memorial Day weekend. The house was spacious, comfortable, clean, and homey (and right on the lake)! Katherine and Nick were both very responsive and friendly with check-in check-out and we loved the places listed on their travel guide. The house is a short hour drive from Kennebunkport and Portland so we took some day trips during the rainy days and floated around the peaceful inlet of Mousam Lake when sunny. Leaving the inlet takes you to the rest of Mousam Lake where we saw motor boats, jet skis and one person wake boarding! Our old dog, Shaggy, had a blast and the long road leading to the property gave him the ability to run around without bothering any neighbors, who were all very friendly! Definitely worth a return visit!

The house was bright, spacious, and in the perfect location. You could tell that George and Amanda truly care about curating a beautiful beach house and a great experience for guests.

This home was perfect for our family stay for a local wedding. It was a quiet relaxing place on the water! We enjoyed kayaking and sitting on the swing enjoying the view. The home included everything we needed and was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking in this area!

The view is even better than the photo’s show! The place is peaceful and relaxing. Being able to have a short walk to the lobster pound was a bonus and it was delicious. Very nice grocery store near by that has prepared meals and amazing meats and seafood. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Scott had great recommendations and was always fast to respond. I would stay here again for sure!

We spent the weekend here catching up with friends and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The house was cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived, with beautiful views all around. We’re so thankful we got to stay and make the most of it. There’s so much to do nearby, and it’s just a quick drive to Portsmouth, NH, which has so many great places to explore. Rachel also shared some fantastic recommendations that made our trip even better.

Our stay at Mousam Lake was simply wonderful. The house is rustic and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. I love that there are ice cube trays in the freezer. It’s a little touch that just makes life easier. We were 5 adults with 4 dogs and everyone had enough room. Sitting on the deck felt like being in a treehouse and bringing the Adirondack chairs down to the dock was a pleasure on warmer days. A short drive to Hannaford allowed us to stock up and enjoy family meals and game nights in the cozy living room. Lea responded quickly to any question we had. This was a wonderful, relaxing vacation at the lake.

Beautiful, tranquil surroundings and within an easy hour drive to get to various coastal towns. The house is in big and allowed for everyone to have their own space. Everything is pristine within the house and the views from the back deck are AMAZING!!! Sue was very responsive, and we appreciated the hospitality and attention to details in the house.

This was a perfect location for enjoying being in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. You get live music down stairs, a few steps away from the beach, quick walk to downtown/pier. Totally worth it! The condo is beautiful and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Monik’s condo. She was a very responsive host. The place was just as it looked in the pictures and was very clean. We loved being able to walk across the street to go the beach and we rode our bikes all over town. I would highly recommend staying here if traveling to Hampton.

This place was amazing with a beautiful view of the ocean. Very quiet and away from the boardwalk. I would stay again next time with some better weather… overall it was very peaceful enjoying the ocean waves.

You cannot beat the location with this rental. We love coming to Willard Beach with our pup, and when our old go-to BNB stopped renting we were so worried we wouldn’t find another. But this condo worked out so perfectly in terms of location (across the road from both Scratch Bakery and Willard Scoops, comfortable walk to the beach with several entrance options) and the actual comfort of the condo itself. The proximity to the beach was really a plus for us, as we didn’t have to get up as early to make the dog friendly beach hours! Host is responsive, and any household items (eg. soap, coffee filters) that were missing from the condo we could easily run down to get from Hannaford. The downsides: It is on a second floor walk up, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues. Hand railing is odd too. Bit pricey, couldn’t swing a full week this time around as the price shot up dramatically when I added Friday to the duration. But overall, really lovely!

This was our fourth stay at Will’s beautiful condo, and we will certainly be back. The location is perfect and the condo itself is beautiful. We can’t recommend enough!

Location was absolutely perfect! Directly across the street from the beach and walkable distance to Hampton Beach main strip. The studio set up was perfect for us and our 16 month old, however, I can imagine it being a bit small for a larger family. Definitely will be visiting this area again in the future! Wendy & Mark were great hosts - everything was clean and exactly as expected. Highly recommend.
