Our accommodation "Mummola" is the old main building of our farm in the yard of the farm in Mehtäkylä. Our accommodation has been renovated to modern in 2013, preserving the ambiance of the old grandma. Our space is located in the quiet side village of Kalajoki 17km from the center of Kalajoki and 25 km from Hiekkasärk. Our yard houses rabbits, chickens , cats , a dog, horses, and a pony. A trampoline, trail car, and litter box are also available to guests. There is a grill canopy with a gas grill in the yard.

The accommodation is very neat, peaceful and very near a river where you can fish. It is 15 minutes away from the Kalajoki beach by car. Downstairs you can buy some eggs for breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because the place is very family-friendly. Safe for little kids.

The apartment was clean and lovely. Very peaceful and there was no noise from the adjacent apartments. The coffee downstairs provided great breads and more. The only downside was that the sleeping area couldn't be dark.
