Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ypres

We greatly enjoyed the cozy farmhouse with a family of 5. It is tastefully decorated and there were plenty of towels etc. Everything is fresh and clean. The house is extremely quiet and offers a lot of privacy. And from the house we were in the center of Lille within 20 min. We liked the combination of peace and yet close to a nice city. Ann Sophie always responds within minutes and proactively provided information. We greatly enjoyed the stay!

Very pleasant and relaxing stay. Once we entered the garden of the cottage, we lost track of time and were able to fully enjoy the place to relax. Fanny is very friendly and makes a point of honor that everything is perfect.

Very good place to unwind, the apartment is better than it looks. We had breakfast, jam, juice, sugar, incredible! We went for a walk straight away and didn't waste time looking for a bakery. We had a lot of fun and relaxed!

We booked a girls' night for a birthday, we loved it!!! Everything was perfect, the accommodation, the jacuzzi, the bedding, the outside with the view of the fields is so peaceful and pleasant. We had a lovely weekend, we were hosted very well by Sophie. The sea is less than 5 minutes' walk away. The apartment has various products available (beauty, cleaning, food), clean place, very large comfortable bed, TV larger than in the photo and very nice terrace.

This apartment is a small cozy nest, ideally located in the center of Lille :-) We leave rested and refreshed! Thanks to Jessica, who is as efficient as she is discreet :-) Recommended!

We had a great stay, Ô Cinq Sens welcomed us very well. We were able to test the two apartments, Bali and Factory, different from each other, but both also pleasant. I highly recommend, a great value for the money.

A real guest room: Suzanne welcomes you with a smile, communication goes very well right away, the room without being exceptional is very clean and well equipped and breakfast is hearty and allows a last exchange with Suzanne. The icing on the cake is the beautiful house that has character and is located almost in the center. If I go back to the area, I'll go back there.

We were two as a couple in Anna's apartment and can absolutely recommend it as a starting point for a Belgium vacation. Great location (very quiet), nice and clean, delicious breakfast (there was also vegan for us) and very pleasant communication with Anna. We will be happy to come back. :)

Germana's place is great to visit Kortrijk : close to the center, we felt like at home. Germana is responsive and lives on the spot, which makes it easy to communicate. At the same time, the place where we staid upstairs (a bedroom with a little sofa, a table and a private separate bathroom) allowed us to have some privacy. The breakfast we shared with Germana and her husband was also a great way to start the day.

Emily is a wonderful hostess who went out of her way to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Her breakfasts were generous and always had fresh, new and interesting items to tempt… including cheeky chocolate chunks! The accommodation is also generous with plenty of space and, weather permitting, a lovely garden to enjoy. The position is also excellent, providing easy access to many of Belgium’s cities and attractions if you want to avoid moving from place to place. We highly recommend Emily’s place and plan to return in the future.

Fantastic, quiet location. And that about 10 minutes by bike from the historic center. The welcome was great, cup of soup on arrival. Every morning a delicious and varied breakfast. Riet and Rick are open, welcoming, you feel right at home! The space itself is even more spacious than the listing indicates. Keep in mind a fairly steep, narrow spiral staircase to the bedroom and bathroom. This location is absolutely recommended!

Pascaline and her husband were very friendly and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and as comfortable as possible. Since we don’t speak French, there was a bit of a language barrier, but nothing seriously problematic. Both Pascaline and her husband speak some English, which was enough for basic communication, and for anything more complex, translation apps were very helpful. The surroundings are unbelievably peaceful, with a few horses on the property that add to the special atmosphere. Breakfast was simple — a typical French breakfast — but very tasty and fresh. It was prepared at a time that suited us, which we appreciated. The time of year (early May) was perfect for our stay. If life gives us another opportunity, we would gladly visit them again.

Great host welcomed us warmly. Lovely place very clean and tidy. Gardens immaculate. Would come here again. He even drove us to the shop so we could get some food. Couldn’t ask for better hosts.
