We loved our stay here, it's a huge apartment which is about a 5 minute walk to the centre and about 10 minutes to Menin gate. There was plenty of parking on the street and the area felt very safe and quiet. The apartment had plenty of room with a massive open plan kitchen/dining and lounging are. The bedrooms were an excellent size and the beds were all comfortable and had clean linen. Our only criticism of the rooms is the pillows were a bit flat and soft for us but that's just a personal preference as we are used to thicker pillows. Our main criticism is the stairs which were very narrow and steep and some people would definitely struggle with them. We did have difficulty with heavy baggage and there are a few flights to contend with. That didn't take any enjoyment of our stay however and wouldn't stop us staying again.

What a lovely stay thank you Anna. Perfect location only a few minutes walk to the Menen gate. The house was so comfortable and the living areas were bright with a lovely garden. There were two bedrooms and shower downstairs that was really useful for my elderly mother but both these double beds ( ones a sofa bed) are against the wall so might be tricky for an older couple as they are against the wall on one side. The house has a very comfortable lived in feeling. Thanks we had a great stay and would love to return.

Amazing location in Yeper, and a beautiful quiet space to stay. We adored walking into Yeper in the evening after visits to local monuments. You MUST go to the Menin Gate which is about two minutes walk away.

This is a lovely property right in the heart of the town. Great location. The restaurant below is definitely worth visiting. It’s ideally placed for restaurants, bars, the museum and of course, The Last Post. Lots of stairs as it’s a beautiful period property but very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Stijn. Die Lage war super, wenn auch nicht komplett abgeschieden im Wald. Die Matratzen waren leider durchgelegen und sollten aus unserer Sicht ausgetauscht werden. Gut fanden wir, dass ein Willkommens-Brot sowie ausreichend Kaffeekapseln vorhanden waren. Die Pumpe war zwar laut, allerdings sprang diese nur an, wenn man Wasser verwendet hat. Dies störte uns also keineswegs. Alles war sauber und die Matte zwischen den Bäumen war Weltklasse! Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

We stayed at Ria's place for 4 nights, as part of our cycle tour of Ieper. We arrived wet through after cycling in the rain to get there from our train stop in France. Beni, who looks after the apartment for Ria, greeted us, showed us where to store our bikes and made us a hot cup of coffee. The apartment itself is fantastic, the photos really don't do it justice as it has everything you need for a great stay. Lockable garage to store bikes in, lovely patio area (although the Flanders weather stopped us from sitting outside too much) and great facilities inside the apartment itself. Highly, highly recommended if you are visiting Ieper. The apartment is 10 minutes walk to the Market Square and same to the Lille Gate/Ramparts. We will definitely visit again and stay at Ria's apartment.

The house was perfect for our stay central Ieper. 3 blokes sharing, used as a base to explore the WW1 sites. We all thought it was great: comfortable beds and living room, shower really good water pressure and temperature. Kitchen really well equipped; easily capable to prepare a large 3 course dinner, which we didn't 😊.
