Holiday rentals with beach access in Yucatán Peninsula

Mami's accommodation is great. Very spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Even beach chairs in case you want to go to a nearby beach. Everything was impeccable and there were even courtesies in the refrigerator, which I think is a beautiful detail that not all hosts have.

Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

We historically been resort people in Mexico. Took a chance on an Airbnb and let me tell you - NO REGRETS. Do it now! Great value, amazing restaurants to walk to, safe and there is a great roof top pool with cash bar. You’ll have the resort experience with a much better value. Thank you to our host.

Gem! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. But the true highlight? The swimming pool. The pool area felt like a private oasis — crystal clear water, comfortable lounge chairs, and just the right mix of sun and shade. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee by the water and our evenings watching the sunset poolside with a glass of wine. It was peaceful, serene, and incredibly rejuvenating. Our host was just as wonderful as the home — responsive, thoughtful, and full of helpful local recommendations that made our trip even better. great place the best the front beach view

My mom and I really enjoyed the weekend we spent at Ricardo's house. It has a pool that is very nice, especially when you return from the beach. Direct access to the beach is a plus, the beach is beautiful and the sea looks like a large pool, very few people and very beautiful. Full of birds. The house is very comfortable. Great location. Close to everything. Close to everything.

This was our third stay at Casa Dulce and it will NOT be our last. Great location in Playacar Fase 1 with a private pool to cool off in after walking around 5th Avenue (about 10 minute walk) or spending the day at the beach which is less than 2 blocks from the home. Alizee sent an email before our arrival with restaurant suggestions as well as suggestions of things to do. The AC was a definite plus. We would turn it on before bed and the room was nice and cool for sleeping. Highly recommend this Airbnb location in Playa del Carmen

Very spacious and comfortable beach house. It had what it took for kids and adults to have fun. In addition, the location on the beach is spectacular, beautiful beach and sunsets.

We visited for a bachelorette trip and were welcomed with themed balloons and a super cute setup. Despite last-minute changes, the team was extremely accommodating and responsive. Whether it’s a bachelor/bachelorette party, family vacation, friend getaway, or a relaxing retreat, this place is a 10/10. Came for a girls trip and we had the best time. The house is nice and the ac in the rooms work well. We spent the entire trip by the pool and on the beach. The cabana is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the beach. We had someone cook for us while we were there and just ran to the store for snacks and anything we needed. Maria was easy to communicate with and assisted us with any request we had. This was the perfect beach getaway. I would definitely go back!

I loved this place. The views from each floor were so beautiful. The hosts were also amazing. They helped us with transportation, renting golf carts, making appointments for massages, having a cleaning lady, and to reserve the chef. All of which I recommend you do. Definitely a luxury experience!

The house is beautiful and just as described. Alex met us in person when we arrived and showed us around. He was responsive throughout our visit when we had questions, and prepared delicious food for the meals we had prearranged, plus a gorgeous fresh ceviche. Alex also connected us with a captain in Punta Allen for a really wonderful half-day outing with crocodile, manatee, sea turtle, and dolphin sightings plus lots of birds, fish, a little snorkeling. The road to Tulum is in better condition than we expected. The seaweed was as noted in the booking, but the nearby beach is an easy trip and beautiful. We had a great, relaxing week. Thank you!

The condo was amazing! The gated neighborhood was beautiful, and we felt safe. It was nice to have pickleball equipment and snorkel gear at the condo for us to use! The communication with Wendy was great! The view was amazing, would definitely stay again!

What can I say? Everything perfect! Everything was as promised in the text and in the pictures. In addition, the safe and beautiful surroundings of Puerto Aventuras. Friendly people from different countries everywhere, delicious food in many restaurants, we loved it. As a host, Andres was perfect, all our questions were answered quickly. So we enjoyed our relaxing holiday in Mexico! We'll be back.

Wonderful place to stay and very helpful host!

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was the best one yet—such a high value for a low price. Camille and Edir were phenomenal hosts; Edir especially met us in person a few times and was so amazing and gave above-and-beyond service. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, but feels even more spacious than the photos. I was so impressed with the laundry service, daily housekeeping and beautiful pool right on the beach. This stay was an enormous value!!! Thank you Edir and Camille!!

The apartment is wonderful, extremely organized and clean! Super complete, just like the description! The location is perfect, super close to the main area of restaurants, parties and the beach, there is a lot to do in the region. Abril is an excellent host, she helped us a lot with information and responded quickly! It was an incredible experience, I highly recommend the apartment!

This is a beautiful apartment fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the location could not be better! Gorgeous view of the beach from the bedroom, 1 block from the town square and tons of incredible restaurants, and beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Also the rooftop pool is amazing! Yadira is a fantastic host! She was always quick to respond and answer all my questions. She gave great food recommendations, and was very flexible with extending my stay. This is a top notch Airbnb and I can’t wait to come back!
