Beachfront holiday rentals in Yucatán Peninsula

We booked Mami’s condo for a June girls trip and it was perfect for us! We used Resort Pass to buy day passes to a few all inclusives in the area. Having a clean condo with a beautiful view, a gym, a rooftop bar/pool in a gated community was such a nice alternative to being stuck at a super busy all inclusive for a week. The condo was such a nice, quiet space to land after a busy day at the beach or sitting poolside at a resort. We checked out the cenotes, Secrets at Isla Muljeres (this is a must do,) got massages and facials at the Waldorf Astoria, did some shopping and had an awesome time exploring good restaurants. Our only gripe was the front gate insists you keep a wrist band on your wrist the entire week and would sass us when we just attached them to our wallets. I understand security is important but wearing a plastic wristband for a week that you cant remove felt unnecessary. No fault of Mami’s, she is a perfect host and very communicative/helpful/kind! Book it!

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

We had a great time, the place was awesome. Aside from the seaweed that is uncontrollable it was amazing snorkeling out in the bay. We are actually looking to invest in a place similar to this and this gave us a very good appreciation for the location. Definitely on the top of our list..

My mom and I really enjoyed the weekend we spent at Ricardo's house. It has a pool that is very nice, especially when you return from the beach. Direct access to the beach is a plus, the beach is beautiful and the sea looks like a large pool, very few people and very beautiful. Full of birds. The house is very comfortable. Great location. Close to everything. Close to everything.

Being a host myself I read reviews and want a clean safe place. This place checked all those boxes and more. This was a girls trip for my friends birthday We felt safe and well takin care of. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in the room when we arrived . Joel works in the office and was ABSOLUTELY so nice and helpful. All of the staff here work so hard. If you want a nice condo by the ocean don't hesitate to book . I would absolutely stay here again and trust me when I say I am picky. We stayed at Jorge's place with the 6 of us for 5 days. This AirBnB is abaolutely gorgeous. It's like you walked straight into a pinterest picture. The house is super well furnished, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and everything was very clean. and the views.. oh my. beautiful! The bedrooms are very spacious and beautifully made and the bathrooms have everything you need and are clean! Jorge was very flexible about an earlier check in, welcomed us at the house and explained all the important things. He also provided us with some local tips for restaurants and made sure to answer all our questions in a very timely manner. We had a great time at this place and we will for sure consider coming back in the future.

What can I say? Everything perfect! Everything was as promised in the text and in the pictures. In addition, the safe and beautiful surroundings of Puerto Aventuras. Friendly people from different countries everywhere, delicious food in many restaurants, we loved it. As a host, Andres was perfect, all our questions were answered quickly. So we enjoyed our relaxing holiday in Mexico! We'll be back.

Beautiful spot, kids- 12,15,18 - ranked the home (in aggregate) as the top highlight among many memorable activities…especially the days lounging by the pool. Secure, comfortable and overall very easy. Bikini Bar is a 2 min walk (if that) and great food and service. Akumal only a 7 min drive with a local market that has most everything. Downtown Tulum with great restaurants is less than 30 minutes . William is very helpful (enjoyed a boat ride to Akumal for snorkeling) with added on site security.

The apartment was very clean and modern, everything was exactly as described and pictured. Great neighborhood, quiet but super close to 5th Ave and close to the beach as well. Kaitlin was by far one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with, she responded to all of our questions no matter what time it was and was always very helpful.

This is a beautiful apartment fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the location could not be better! Gorgeous view of the beach from the bedroom, 1 block from the town square and tons of incredible restaurants, and beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Also the rooftop pool is amazing! Yadira is a fantastic host! She was always quick to respond and answer all my questions. She gave great food recommendations, and was very flexible with extending my stay. This is a top notch Airbnb and I can’t wait to come back!

We have been in 5 cabins in Tulumcito and without a doubt with Jorge we no longer want to try another one, we are sure that we will return, we were super comfortable, they really think of everything and supply all your needs! We were very happy and we are very satisfied indeed!!! They have a power plant, we always had water and we had an amazing time. Thanks Jorge for everything

If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb in Akumal/Tulum/Playa del Carmen—this is it! The home is stunning: spacious, modern, full of natural light, with an incredible pool and views. It’s in a peaceful, safe area, and the host and staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. They offer amazing recommendations—massages, restaurants, chefs, yoga, boat trips, cenotes, and more. We used Chef Ricardo for most meals and highly recommend him! We visited for a bachelorette trip and were welcomed with themed balloons and a super cute setup. Despite last-minute changes, the team was extremely accommodating and responsive. Whether it’s a bachelor/bachelorette party, family vacation, friend getaway, or a relaxing retreat, this place is a 10/10. Our family of six with kids ages 6 months to 8 years loved staying at Nirvana Blue. The privacy and natural surroundings are beyond exceptional. We chose to have a private chef for the duration of our stay, which elevated our stay significantly. Jose planned our daily menus and cooked delicious meals three times per day. He was also great company and helped us better understand local culture and nearby opportunities. We cannot wait to return.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to explore. The neighborhood felt safe and was incredibly beautiful, with plenty of charm and vibrant local culture. The home itself was spotless and very well-maintained. You can tell the host puts a lot of care into making sure guests feel comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. From check-in to check-out, the host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind—truly one of the best we’ve encountered. This place really made our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. We'd definitely stay here again!

This is a 5 stars place no doubt! If we could give more than 5 stars for cleanliness we would as we found the house spotless on all fronts. Great communication for ease of check in and check out. Excellent for groups given the numerous seating areas that can accommodate 8-10 people all at once, outdoor as well as indoor. Accessing the ocean for a swim is swift although you have to cross over the concrete wall or step over sideways so maybe a little difficult for low-mobility individuals. Don't miss these raved about sunset swims tho! Would definitely come back!

This place is heaven! I now understand why this place has a perfect review score: it truly lives up to all of the expectations set, and then some. The house is super peaceful and private-with two very helpful and friendly caretakers onsite when needed, but totally out of your way when not. We basically lived in the pool and adjacent palapa and just lounged for 5 days in this small slice of paradise. Don't expect to swim in the ocean (we got lucky and the sargassum subsided 1 afternoon) -- but its not an issue at all. The pool is amazing + there are so many cenotes and swimming spots within a 5-20 minute drive (15 mins from Xelha, highly recommend). The inside is exactly everything a couple needs - it felt like a luxury suite at a 5 star resort. Large comfy bed, nice bathroom, and decent sized kitchen and living room -- all super clean and well stocked. We grocery shopped and cooked a few meals + there are many decent restaurants within a 5-20 min walk or short drive. We will be back!

This location was great and actually looks even better in person. Mariah was very communicative and provided plenty of information so we were well prepared for our stay. All of the staff were very helpful and courteous . I would definitely stay here again.
