A renovated house with a hot spring bath fed directly from the source spring, built 40 years ago along the Chitose River. [1st Floor] Public space. The dining room and kitchen has a custom 4 m counter with 12 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped with 3 IH cooktops, stovetop pots, cooking utensils, Balmuda oven range, Aladdin graphite grill, hand blender, Bruno hot plate (octopus grill plate), kettle, and other cooking utensils/appliances, commercial ice maker, and refrigerator. The sofa lounge is equipped with a karaoke machine, so you can sing karaoke as much as you like (please close the window completely when using karaoke and keep the volume down) There is a footbath connecting the dining room and lounge. This is also a flowing hot spring.　The bathroom can be opened, and you can enjoy the sound of the river and the natural trees while relaxing in the hot spring. [2nd Floor] Guest room. There are a total of 3 rooms, a 10-tatami mat Japanese-style room with 2 queen beds, and 8-tatami mat and 6-tatami mat Japanese-style rooms. Futons are available in semi-double size. The linens are cleaned by a ryokan hotel specialist and are clean. Linens include bath towels, face towels, and gowns, in addition to bedding. Amenities include toothbrushes and basic toiletries (shared). There is also a hair dryer and a straight hair iron.

Minpaku Gororin is a private rental accommodation in Yugawara-cho, Kanagawa Prefecture. The host is a local couple who renovated a traditional house built 60 years ago. We live in the adjacent main house and will be happy to provide you with information and assistance. At this facility, you can enjoy BBQ in the garden overlooking the sea (equipment is free). Charcoal, igniters, paper plates and tongs are provided. The room is spacious. We have nostalgic games and toys for both adults and children to enjoy. Popular Atami is also nearby, and there are fireworks displays. Mishima is about 30 minutes away via Atami, so it's convenient for getting to Mt. Fuji! You can enjoy fishing and beach play on the Manazuru Peninsula, and hot springs and autumn foliage in Okuyugawara! Hatsushima, popular with young people, is also close by. There is also a freezer for those who fish in Izu. Why not make Minpaku Gororin your base and enjoy it! 　Guests elementary school age and younger are 30% off. It can accommodate up to 5 people! It is one of the few beachfront properties in the Yugawara area.(Access to the waves within 100 steps of the road!) It is also good to swim and surf, but you can relax reading a book while listening to the sound of the waves, and it is nice to relax. The best Chill is waiting for you. We have installed outdoor living on the 1st deck.There is a wood stove and outdoor sink for a relaxing time while watching the bonfire flames. There is a sauna with a wood stove on the 2nd deck.It's a little small, so it's a good idea to use it for two people if you can afford up to 3 people. The use of a wood stove and sauna is a risk of burns, burns, and carbon monoxide poisoning.Please be aware that this is a hazard and is at your own risk. You can't see the sunset, but I don't get tired of watching the pale colors spread over the sea. In the morning, you can see the refreshing sunrise and Sagami Bay, the Manazuru Peninsula, Izu Oshima, and Hatsushima.

Whole of this house is for your group only, no need to share with another groups. Car parking area is wide enough for 3 cars at once. Yugawara town has a beach with sand shores & many Hot Springs. Ask me anything you want to try. Within 10min walking, Convenience Store and Supermarket are available.
